Proof is our favorite date spot. They rotate chefs through the test kitchen, so the menu is always changing. They also have a great cocktail menu! While you wait for your reservation, walk across the street to Hutton and Smith for a local beer!

This is a double treat! Proof is the go to place for business people after work for dinner and drinks, and it also hosts a new restaurant as it works out the kinks in its menu. Two restaurants! Help out the entrepreneurs and enjoy a great meal!

One of our newer favorites, with a cool concept. Proof houses two chefs in residency, while they fine tune their menus. Because of this, the menu is always changing! We have never been disappointed.
