One mile south of St David’s. Sandwiched between towering cliffs. Free parking is available at the top of the beach. You can walk into St David’s from here along the coastal path. Calling into visit St Nons Chapel and Holywell. Which marks the place were St David was born. From here you carry onto St David’s approaching from the Cathedral end. Which gives you a chance to see the Cathedral first and St David’s Bishop palace along side to it. Then wander up past the many shops and eateries.

Stunning views across the bay from the clifftop carpark - take a picnic and enjoy the view! The beach is small and accessed via a steep, winding path but there are plenty of rockpools to explore. Watch out for strong currents in the water.

Set off from Solva on the coast path to arrive 3 miles later at Caerfai. A really lovely Sandy beach at low tide but pebbly at high tide. No lifeguard but generally safe to swim.

This is close to St Davids - but for looking at the breathtaking scenery and cliffs its worth the short drive down the single track road to take some fab photos of the bay
