Beautiful walking trails that have dog-friendly areas. The ground is soft as it is lined with bark-mulch, so great for running.

Less than 5 mins away, Coquitlams largest park with 2 scenic lakes, 435 acres of forest, 9 hole frisbee golf course, Playground, large picnic area and and kms of trails.

Mundy park is a forest with trails, an amazing playground for young kids. It is also a great place to go for a walk or run.
