5 min walk from house. Good coffee and treats. Walk up window, so swing by on a walk with the dog. They have treats for them too!

A short 10-minute walk from Hamlin House. It has a convenient walk-up window for takeaway if you're not in the mood to eat inside. They have coffee, breakfast pastries and sandwiches, and refreshing teas!

Not only the closest place for coffee, but one of the best in Logan Square. It's takeaway-only, but there are some garden bench seats on Monticello if you want to sit and enjoy.
