Fishing and boating lake. No swimming. Small water park for kids. Cafe by the boat launch.

Although there isn't as much water in the lake as there used to be before the drought, Lake Casitas has lovely picnic areas and a trail one can hike (ask the folks at the entrance for directions to the trail that goes past the vineyard). There is an entrance fee.

Hiking around the lake, boat rental, camping overnight, or having fun at the waterpark. Lake Casitas has something for everyone. www.casitaswater.org

I like the lazy river for adults and the water park for kids. Also- nice picnic areas and a full frisbee golf course.
