Local Whiskey has over 200 whiskeys and brings both traditional Irish fare alongside reinvented classics. Try one of Ernie's famous cheesesteaks or a smoked lamb lollipop in this Irish getaway right in downtown PA.

This place is cute and very well accessible if you are downtown. They have outdoors/indoors seatings. I normally can get seats here. I haven't had their cocktails, but draft wheat beer...yumm! The squid appetizer is nice!

Vibrant atmosphere, better and more unique bar food than most bars in town, lots of TVs, some outdoor seating when weather is good, solid beer selection, great whisky selection.
