A bar in the basement and a restaurant with very good food upstairs. It used to be a Posting Inn with an arch in the middle for the coaches to go through. My parents lived on the top floor after WWII.

Supposedly Harvey Mansion is one of the most haunted places in New Bern. Menu offers decent variety.
