This is a family owned business and they cure all their produce on site. They rear their meat and not only sell fresh pork but also lamb. Delicious double smoked hams, bacon, pancetta, salamis, english gammon, nitrite-free bacon, bacon sausages, speck and kessler. We adore their cheeky chorizo but if you don’t like your chorizo spicy they have a mild version too. You have to try the chorizo, it’s sooooo good!
