It's always cool to support local farmers and small businesses. The Saturday farmers market is located at the KSPCA in Karen Nairobi. A 5min drive from Sharon’s cottage. Here you will find fresh produce, small crafts, herbs, etc. Vegan-friendly notables at the time of this review include a stall selling fresh cut jackfruit; a stall selling bentonite clay and diatomaceous earth; another stall selling tinctures and serums; a soy based vegan meat stall (also offering some hot food); and a stall specializing in 100% gluten-free + vegan baked goods. Definitely worth giving it a glance if you have a free weekend.

Check it out every Sunday 10-4. All kinds of goodies from local organic produce to handcrafted cosmetics, with live music and food. Fun for the whole family. At Kilimani Primary School.
