Quartu Sant'Elena: soggiorni in appartamento

Central location which was walkable to transport and sights. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. Looks like newly refurbished and very well maintained. Loved that basic cooking essentials (oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar) had been provided in the kitchen and snacks (toastada , spreads, jams and banana) and plenty bottled water supplied. The apartment is a ground floor 2 bedroom flat with windows looking into courtyards, so is dark as there is little natural light - but more than adequate with lights on. There is a small balcony overlooking into a back patio area below. Great value given the location and size. Francesco is super friendly and helpful, very responsive communication, and allowed us to leave our bags after check out so we could go have breakfast first (it was raining so was nice not to have to lug luggage around the streets).

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Séjour impeccable, hôte très accueillant et réactif. Le logement correspondait parfaitement aux photos et était très bien équipé. Le logement est situé dans un quartier très calme et paisible, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et proche de toutes commodités. Le balcon est un réel atout pour les beaux jours. Je recommande !

Very clean and cozy. It is located in an area where you can walk to many local places of interest and sight seeing. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Enrica and her husband went above and beyond to help us find a parking spot and making our check in so much easier. They were very helpful making suggestions and showing us the house. Wonderful studio with lovely, welcoming and helpful hosts. Bright studio, very secure, quiet and comfortable - excellent expresso and washing machine a bonus. Highly recommend.

Very elegant apartment in an old building with plenty of room and spotlessly clean. The hosts were very helpful providing lists of places to visit and local restaurants. The apartment was within easy walking distance of the marina and old town. It has private parking and was very convenient for day trips out of Cagliari. One of the bedrooms was noisier due to the main road but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

L’appartamento “come a casa” è esattamente quello che promette. Noi eravamo in tre, due adulti e una piccola di 2 anni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’appartamento si trova in centro, ma in un contesto tranquillo. A due passi si trova tutto quello di che cui si possa avere bisogno. Inoltre dista pochissimo da tutte le più belle spiagge della zona. Marzia è stata un’ottima host! Se dovessi tornare a Villasimius non esiterei a scegliere nuovamente questo appartamento!

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. Thank you for being a great Host Ilaria 😀

We werden door Barbara ontvangen, die echter alleen italiaans spreekt. We kwamen er goed uit. Ze reageerde altijd zeer snel. Het appartement is geweldig voor 2 personen. Voor en achter een ruim terras met goede meubels. Ook waren er 2 stoeltjes, badlakens en 1 parasol voor het strand aanwezig. Wifi is goed maar streamen gaat moeizaam. Buren zijn hoorbaar, maar niet irritant. De ligging is erg prettig, net buiten de drukte maar op zeer korte afstand tot het centrum met restaurants, bars e.d. Ook zijn er supermarkten in de buurt. Parkeren voor de deur is geen probleem. kortom een aanrader!

Enrico's place is quiet, but super central, so all the sights etc are in walking distance. The apartment was super clean and looked just like the pictures from the ad. Enrico welcomed us personally, showed us around and even had some sardinian treats and wine ready when we arrived 🤩 he was easy to reach for any questions and suggestions also after that. We'll be staying here again, if we return to Cagliari!

Nous étions à Cagliari pour la traditionnelle Sant’Efisio et dans l’action, aux premières loges ! Nous avons adoré y vivre 5 jours. Tout était parfait et Alessandro nous a même autorisé à déposer nos bagages avant l’heure prévue. Il est possible de se faire à manger et les équipements sont modernes. La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres. Les services sont à proximité et tout le Centro se visite à pied. Excellent appartement! Bus facile à trouver pour visiter Cagliari et ses environs comme Quartu et Poetto. Notre hôte a répondu avec empressement à toutes nos demandes. Ses conseils pour le taxi se sont avérés efficaces et à bon prix . Nous y reviendrions volontiers .

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Cagliari, het appartement was top in orde en Renata heeft ons allerlei tips en tricks gegeven voor in de buurt. Een super fijne host en zeker een aanrader!

Fantastic location - very central to the heart of Cagliari. Lots of really great restaurants really close by. The host was very responsive and helpful during the whole process and throughout my stay. Would recommend to others.

logement grand et propre. Anna a ete d'une grande gentillesse et bienveillance. Elle nous a accueillis apres minuit et a ete flexible pour notre départ. la communication a été optimale et tout a ete d'une grande facilité pour nous permettre de profiter de notre séjour immediatement. le logement se situe en face du jardin botanique donc la vue est sympa et le centre historique est tout proche. Nous étions une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 6 et 8 ans et c'était parfaitement adapté à nos attentes.

Die Anlage und die Umgebung sind wunderschön, perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit der Familie. Traumhafte Strände, auch Cagliari ist gut erreichbar, eine ruhige und saubere Wohnanlage mit großen Balkons in verschiedenen Himmelsrichtungen, sodass man immer je nach Tageszeit Sonne oder Schatten genießen kann. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und praktisch auch für ganz kleine Gäste :-) Vincent ist sehr gut erreichbar und war immer ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit großartiger Aussicht und tollen Stränden in der Nähe sowie gute Erreichbarkeit von Cagliari. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, alles nötige vorhanden inklusive Grill etc. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut, Simonetta ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und man darf sogar Gewürze aus dem Garten nutzen. Eventuell teilt man sich die Terrasse mit anderen Mietern, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Alles super!

Sehr gut gelegen. Nahe zur Stadtzentrum. Pool mit schönem Ausblick. Alessandro immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Die Dachterrasse war das nonplusultra. Echt toll. Wir haben dort gefrühstückt und gebadet. Marwan war immer erreichbar bei grossen und kleinen Fragen. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts! Den Kaffee holten wir uns gleich vis a vis, war sehr praktisch!

Le logement est parfait pour profiter de Cagliari ! T'es accessible et très bien placé. La terrasse offre un véritable havre de paix, cest super :):) Merci beaucoup Carlo pour ton accueil ! Et je ne peux pas écrire de commentaires sans mentionner les merveilleux Spyke et Pistacchio, adorables :):):) Je reviendrai à la premiere occasion !

Carlo et sa femme sont des hôtes exceptionnels et d'une extrême gentillesse . Ils sont toujours là pour rendre service ou pour nous indiquer de belles plages et de bons restaurants. La maison est au top avec sa magnifique architecture moderne et la piscine est ensoleillée du matin au soir. La chambre avec la salle de bain que nous avions louée était idéale pour 2 personnes, très propre et la terrasse attenante très grande. Le petit déjeuner est un régal, il y en a pour tous les goûts, du salé du sucré, des fruits etc j'ai rarement vu, dans mes précédentes locations, un petit déjeuner aussi copieux avec des produits de si bonne qualité. Je conseil tout de même aux voyageurs de louer une voiture ou un scooter. Nous c'était un scooter et nous avons pu faire pleins de choses sympa. Il y a des arrêts de bus pas loin de la maison, mais nous n'avons pas testé. Ce qui est certain, c'est que je projète déjà d'y retourner l'année prochaine car le sud de la Sardaigne est magnifique et que je me suis sentie comme à la maison dans la demeure de Carlo et sa femme. Donc un énorme merci à Carlo et sa femme pour le merveilleux séjour que nous avons passé :)
