Quartu Sant'Elena: appartamenti vacanze

Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war perfekt, wir hatten sehr viel Platz und haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Toller Balkon. Sonnenschirme für den Strand sind auch vorhanden. Ebenfalls ein proivater Parkplatz. Das beste ist auf jeden Fall die Lage. Innerhalb von einer Minute bei Restaurants, Bars und Läden. It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

Appartement très agréable, proche de l'aéroport et de Clagiari (en voiture et en train). Nous avons apprécié le salon, la petite terrasse et la douche (eau bien chaude et avec un bon débit !). Nous sommes restés qu'une nuit, mais ce logement doit être bien agréable pour un plus long séjour.

We had a wonderful stay, and Elena and Gerald could not have been more helpful and generous with their many recommendations and great advice about the city. The flat is lovely and bright, centrally located and extremely quiet at night, while really being in the centre. The facilities were amazing, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom extremely well appointed. Altogether we could not have been happier with this selection.

Wir waren 2 Wochen bei Federica. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es ist eine tolle Lage, sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, kommen gerne wieder. Claudia, die Freundin von Federica hat sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert, sie sowie Federica sind sehr hilfsbereit . Check-in war einwandfrei, unkompliziert. Lieben Dank für alles 🌸

Grazioso appartamento in una zona tranquilla con tutte le comodità nelle vicinanze. Apprezzata la cura e la pulizia della casa. Matteo ci ha anche fatto trovare il frigo pieno.

We enjoyed our stay very much in the nice apartment. The neighbourhood is quiet and still right in the center of the old city. Lots of good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Naomi is a very kind and helpful host and made us feel very comfortable. The communication with our host was very smooth and made us feel very well taken care of during our stay. Die Wohnung von Luca ist einfach wunderbar. Drinnen und draussen sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden und wir haben uns sofort pudelwohl gefühlt. Luca war immer gut erreichbar und ist sehr wohlwollend: ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Amazing location on one of the nicest piazzas in Cagliari with plenty of options for drinks and food on the doorstep. Very central and easy to get everywhere. The apartment is very airy and was great to relax in.

Super séjour en famille avec 2 enfants, dans un appartement alliant l’ancien, bâtisse historique, avec de belles hauteurs sous plafond et le moderne. Il est idéalement situé et permet de faire beaucoup de visites à pied, proche commerces, restaurants, musées, site incontournable qu’offre la ville et a 5 min à pied de la gare. Seul point négatif notre voyage était trop court, nous allons être contraints de revenir 😉

Un petit sejour expess mais tout était parfait, le propriétaire est vraiment très acceuillant il nous a donné pleins de bons tuyaux pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Tout était préparé avec soin et le logement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous espérons revenir bientôt.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Simone. L appartement est propre, bien équipé et identique à la description. Le cadre extérieur avec piscine et jardin sont appréciables. Le quartier est calme. Un endroit paisible pour se reposer et se déconnecter. Simone est un super hôte. Il est très réactif et à l'ecoute. Il nous a bien conseillé sur les plages où se baigner. Il est aussi très généreux. Il nous a offert des légumes et il nous a proposé une soirée pizza.Nous avons passé un super moment avec les autres hôtes. Nous recommandons!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Danilo qui est très agréable, lumineux, tranquille et qui dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour de 2 personnes. L'appartement est soigné et très propre. Sa situation permet de visiter facilement Cagliari aussi bien à pied qu'en voiture et tout le sud de la Sardaigne , la plage n'est pas très loin non plus. Nous tenons à remercier également Simona pour nos échanges en français et tous les conseils qu'elle a pu nous donner pour visiter la région .

Giovanni et très accueillant très à l’écoute très amical et il est pro actif, il demande si ça va de temps en temps À l’arrivée, nous avons une liste de recommandations qui est super bien fait L’appartement est très propre, très bien situé Certainement l’une des meilleures réservations Airbnb faite à ce jour Toutes les commodités sont à proximité bus, train restaurant. Bar commerce, alimentation etc. Et en plus très très bon rapport qualité prix, vous pouvez réserver en toute tranquillité

An absolutely beautiful home!! This spot is spacious, very well-equipped with everything we needed, comfortable, peaceful, and in a great location for walking around Cagliari. We couldn’t have picked a better spot! The bedrooms are huge and the apartment allowed for lots of privacy even with many people. Ninni was a fantastic host - so helpful, responsive, and gave great recommendations. We highly recommend!!

Die Unterkunft war sauber das ist schon mal sehr gut . Espresso Maschine mit Kaffe war auch sehr lobenswert . Vermisst habe ich einen Spiegel oben im ankleide Bereich wäre wirklich sinnvoll . Man kann leider nicht mit dem Auto rein fahren, unpraktisch bei etwas mehr Gepäck ,da sich die Wohnung im Verkehrs beruhigten Bereich (ZTL) befindet . Die Wohnung ist geräumig schön eingerichtet, Badezimmer Top Föhn vorhanden , Danke 👍. die Lage an sich bietet Restaurant , bar s und in 5 min ist man im Zentrum. Alles in einem Top Lage für eine City Trip durch das wunderschöne Cagliari . Parken ist auf der Hauptstraße möglich . Blau zum bezahlen Weiß kostenlos parken . Danke euch für den schönen Aufenthalt .

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Schöne Wohnung für einen wunderbar erholsamen Aufenthalt in Sardinien. Die Bilder sagen alles... Taty und Luca sind gut erreichbar. Toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge, die Nähe zu Cagliari ist eine wunderbare Abwechslung zum beach life in der Umgebung. Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt ;-))

We had the best of time! Great place to stay if you like privacy. Quiet, calm and very nice appartment in the bottom floor of the house, air conditioned. There were tables, chairs and sunbeds around the pool, free to use as desired. We loved the pool, and the bubblepool was great, not heated but that was not needed either. Our kids loved the pool (parents too). We had our own parking behind locked gates. We really recommend this place! There is a need to use car or taxi, maybe bus if you would like to go to a resturant, this wasn’t a problem for us, we made most of our meals in our kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

Nicola was a great host. Open communication, quick response, and was flexible with check in during our stay. The property was in very clean condition and had such amazing views. I don’t have a single complaint to make about our stay here.

Giulio è stato sempre presente dura te tutto il soggiorno per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Stanza bellissima e pulita, zona ottima e centrale, perfetta per spostarsi anche a piedi.

Boendet var perfekt och låg väldigt bra placerat, terassen var magisk! Vår värd var extremt hjälpsam och flexibel. Kom med grymma tips om mat och aktiviteter. Detta kommer vi göra om.
