This brand new villa is located in a quiet location only 70 meters from the sandy beach. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are reachable on foot. The house consists of three bedrooms, a living room with dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a yard with swimming pool. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV. My private beach house

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
