In passato l’appartamento era la casa di un Arsenalotto, un costruttore di navi che lavorava all'Arsenale, l’antico Cantiere Navale della Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia. Tre piani per un totale di 95mq in un blocchetto terra/cielo, ristrutturato nel 2018, a due passi dalla Biennale e dall’Arsenale, a pochi minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco, dal ponte di Rialto e dai mezzi pubblici. Perfetto per 2/4 ospiti, fino a 7 persone grazie al divano letto ed un letto pieghevole. Wi-fi gratuito.
