.Alles war wie geplant Das Zimmer wurde etwa 10 Minuten zu spät fertig, aber das war kein Problem, da wir den Garten genossen Der Gastgeber und seine Mutter haben uns herzlich empfangen und die Mutter war ein mehr als wundervoller Mensch .Unser zeit dort dauerte 5 Tage Ich empfehle es

We had a wonderful stay! The place was located very well for us, only a 15 minute walk from the train station and centrally located to explore anywhere in Venice. Pier was also a great host and made sure we knew everything we needed for our stay.

It was a cost- effective accommodation where met our expectations in Venice. We strongly recommend this room to everyone

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement était très propre et idéalement placé. En effet l'arrêt de tramway est situé juste à côté. Il y a un tramway tous les 10/15min et cela ne vous coûtera que 1€50 pour vous rendre à Venise en 10min. Je recommande ce logement et remercie l'hôte pour sa disponibilité.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in idealer und sehr ruhiger Lage, unmittelbar vor dem Haus ein gutes Restaurant und eine gute Bar, in weniger als 2 Minuten Entfernung zahlreiche weitere gute Restaurants. Am meisten gefiel mir die tolle Kommunikation, wir kamen zu einer etwas ungünstigen Zeit an und es war überhaupt kein Problem sein Gepäck in der Unterkunft zu lassen, obwohl wir lange vor dem Check-In kamen. Das war sehr freundlich, es hätte nicht sein müssen und war trotzdem selbstverständlich, wir haben uns deshalb tatsächlich wie Gäste gefühlt.

This is a nice place in the middle of wineyards. We stayed for one night in the middle of a long road trip.

We had a great stay in Mestre. The location was super convenient—just a short walk to public transport and only a few stops into Venice. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful, with a grocery store nearby for anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with handy amenities like a fridge, kettle, and coffee maker, which made our mornings easy. It was a perfect base for exploring Venice, and we’d happily stay here again!

Атмосферная вилла, которая безусловно добавила приятного опыта к посещению Венеции. Добраться в Венецию не составляет труда-рядом автобусы. Очень приятно возвращаться домой после прогулки и продолжать жить в красоте) нечего добавить - всем рекомендую

A Hidden Gem We had an amazing stay at this beautifully renovated monastery. The place was peaceful, tastefully decorated, and full of charm. Our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Great cafes, restaurants, and cycling paths nearby made it even better. Highly recommended!

This was the most beautiful place we stayed at during our trip to Italy. Frank and his wife are incredibly hospitable and caring hosts. Their villa is truly unique and stunning. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s also a lovely garden where you can relax and enjoy the sound of birds singing. The location is very convenient, with both bus and train stations nearby. If you want to experience the real Italy, we highly recommend staying at this wonderful place!

One would surely have a majestic stay at this residence with royal vibes. Besides, for anyone coming to Venice who'd like to stay in a peaceful, serene neighborhood of the city and in a location that's also well connected to the primary island of Venice, this has to be a top recommendation. The villa is about 5 min walking from the Venezia Carpenedo railway station, and about 10 min walking from a bus stop that provides connectivity to the touristy part of Venice. Despite offering a pretty economic stay, the experience of residing here made us feel transported back in the time of Venetian glory, filling us in awe by the charming antic grandeur of the villa. The hosts were also very warm, responsive and friendly. I thank them very much!

Todo perfecto. Llegue mucho más tarde de lo previsto y Alessandro estuvo súper pendiente y no mostró ningún problema a esperarme. Fue súper simpático y servicial. La casa está además estaba genial, con muchos productos de cocina como aceite disponible y buena ubicación. Recomendaría sin duda.

alles war tip top, man kann mit dem Auto vor das Haus fahren zum be- und entladen. Gastgeberin wirklich super nett, englisch spricht sie keins, das wurde dann mit Online-Übersetzter ganz gut gelöst. Essen super, Zimmer wirklich super sauber und alles da was man braucht. ruhig in einer Seitengasse in Chioggia und dennoch super zentral. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Beautiful studio! The apartment is freshly renovated, very clean, and comfortable. The location is great—there’s a bus to Venice every 10 minutes, making it super convenient to explore the city. We visited during the Carnival and had an amazing time. Ruslan is a very friendly and helpful host, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend!

Anna was a very nice and kind host. We booked the appartment on the arriving date, but it was not a problem for her. The flat was perfect, and we find some halloween candies for the kids on the table, and some foods in the fridge. It was amazing. Thanks again for everything Anna. 😘
