Nulla da dire, casa perfetta. La casa dispone di tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno e per qualsiasi cosa sono super gentilissimi e disponibili.

La casa es enorme y muy bonita. Perfecto para pasar varios días por Roma debido a su gran ubicación y tamaño. Si vienes en familia grande (Como yo con 6 personas), cuenta con todos los servicios funcionales, todas las camas fueron muy cómodas y el lugar de estacionamiento es espacioso para meter una van de buen tamaño. Giulio es uno de los anfitriones más amables con los que he tratado. Es súper amable, comunicativo y las instrucciones de entrada y salida fueron muy precisas. Definitivamente en cuanto regrese a Roma buscaré regresar a La Dolce Vita.

ciao Ragazzi siamo venuti dagli USA per la festa della mia Cittadinanza.ho portato con me amici e famiglia. ho vissuto a circa 15 minuti dalla casa nel passato quindi per me é stato come tornare a casa. Stavo cercando qualcosa di unico, un posto che si raccontasse da sola , un posto tranquillo, un posto con verde e zona da condividere come una partita di calcio ecc. i spazi sono usati benissimo, tutti comfort. Solo 35min da FCO int, e circa 25min ai parioli. c'é il trenino a 10 min circa che vi porta a piazzale flaminio , cosi non vi stressate per parcheggio ecc. c'é un ottima fraschetta locale a 6 minuti di auto, altre scelte a circa 10 min, ed un grande supermercato a 9minuti. attenzione alla strada per arrivarci di notte, 2/3min ci sono alcuni rialzi dovute alle radici dei alberi. Silvio simpaticissimo, tanto carino ma tanto riservato (il giusto, non invadente) consiglio questo posto magico, a famiglie amici e coppie, che hanno voglia di rilassarsi e divertirsi (cn rispetto)a presto

Siamo stati 3 giorni e ci siamo veramente rilassati, l’alloggio vale il prezzo…. C’era tutto il necessario. Personale sempre disponibile! Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente!

Merci encore ! Le logement était impeccable, à 15mn à pied du métro, dans un petit coin paisible entouré de jasmin ! Merci pour les conseils et la réactivité des réponses ! Je recommande ! N’hésitez pas ! Nous avons passés 5 jours parfaits dans la belle ville de Rome !

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa ed è stato veramente molto confortevole trovare un ambiente caldo e pulito. Letti comodissimi e la casa è veramente bella . Ampio spazio esterno molto curato e cortile privato con parcheggio. La consiglio con estremo piacere a tutti ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un caro saluto torneremo presto a trovarvi.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Alessandras Wohnung. Sie liegt sehr zentral, ein kurzer Weg zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Wohnung selbst ist schön eingerichtet mit allem , was man braucht. Zum Frühstück nette Kaffees , zum Abendessen viele leckere Möglichkeiten , wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Great space with lots of room and high ceilings. Right downtown so you can be at a restaurant, cafe, or bar in a moment. Super convenient that it has a lift up to the third floor where it's located. We also had a baby with us and the crib they provided was lovely. It was a pack and play style crib but I'm pretty sure it's standard crib size. He actually took it out of the box right infront of me when we checked in, and they got a foam crib mattress for it as well so it wasn't just the hard pack and play floor for her to sleep on. We stayed with them in april 2025, it was great to know that the crib was clean (as it was new the day we got there) but it might be comforting for others who might be staying in the near future to know that the crib hasn't been used very much.

The remote check-in was a first for us and went extremely smoothly. It was lovely to arrive in the clean, bright apartment after hours of travelling. We didn’t have the best weather but still managed to sit on the terrace quite a bit - the views are wonderful! Apart from Castel Sant’ Angelo (well worth a visit) you could see not one but three quadrighe. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it was a nice room to wake up in. We didn’t find the light coming in in the morning a problem as we were always so tired after exploring each day. The kitchen was shiny and well-equipped (I hope we used the bins/sorted the rubbish correctly!) - perhaps it could use a good solid chopping board and some cloths for drying up? Bathroom was immaculate, with plenty of storage and towel hanging space and the shower was already on the right setting so easy to use. With its easy access to various bridges into the city and both the Vatican and Trastevere in walking distance, we highly recommend!

This stay was perfect for my family of 9 adults 🙌🏽 A modern, bright, spacious place in a historic building. The rooftop terrace was so fun to have to enjoy a drink at sunset and everything was new and convenient. Helpful electronic key and instructions about the house. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Great wifi if you are a digital nomad. It felt like home for cooking a meal and was quietly away from the bustle of center Rome. The location was not bad for getting to sights of Rome — near Termini Station and a short Uber ride. Just great. They thought of everything!

Really enjoyed staying at Francesca’s with my 4 year old son for three nights. Really enjoyed staying right in the middle of the city and pretty much walked everywhere. The streets were busy with people until about 1230-1am, so I had to keep the window in the bedroom closed, but that’s to be expected due to the location. The apartment was well equipped and everything was very clean. Will be back to Rome at some point to see all the rest of the sites. Thank you Francesca There was a big thunderstorm/ and or my son bumped the Wi-Fi box, so it didn’t work until the next day in the afternoon, but Francesca made calls and got it fixed.

Alessandra’s apartment was perfect for our stay (two couples) in Rome. It’s in walking distance to all the attractions, but the neighborhood itself is slightly less busy than many others, while still offering countless dining and shopping options. Check-in was incredibly easy, and Alessandra was very helpful in arranging transport to the airport for our departure. I would definitely stay here again.

His apartment is very beautiful and convenience . Love the elevator and the challenge is that how you gonna fit your luggages in there . We made it . Paolo was so helpful making our 4N/5D trip in room phenomenal .

We had a wonderful time here! It’s so easy to get the train in to Rome from the local train station (we drove but you could walk) and it’s not much for a ticket. There isn’t a lot to do in the area but we spent so much time in the house that it didn’t matter. The pool was so lovely and we spent a lot of time in there, especially the children! There are lots of comfy seating, especially on the balcony. A perfect place to sit with a book. The place is huge and has air conditioning in all the rooms except one, where there is a fan. The beds are very comfy!! I would recommend staying here!

Simona e Federica, due sorelle estremamente cordiali e disponibili. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida casa per qualche giorno e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. La casa è spaziosa, unica nel suo genere e curatissima in ogni dettaglio, meglio che nelle foto. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, il soggiorno comodo e accogliente, gli spazi esterni una chicca e con una vista strepitosa. La zona è tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile. La consigliamo vivamente a chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e un’accoglienza impeccabile!

Una bellissima casa, con uno splendido giardino e belle stanze. Tutto pulito e in ordine, Danilo è stato gentilissimo e sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande. Torneremo sicuramente!

We had a wonderful time at this house! The place offers a truly authentic Italian atmosphere – a huge, charming, and warm house with a beautiful garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature. The location is peaceful, providing ideal conditions for a getaway, though it's worth having a car to easily reach the beaches. The nearby beaches are absolutely stunning, clean, and – importantly – not overcrowded, so you can spend entire days there in peace. Additionally, the local restaurants serve delicious food, with local specialties at the forefront. Both the owner and the people taking care of the house were very helpful and always available. All in all, only positives, highly recommend!

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia. L'appartamento ha superato le nostre aspettative sotto ogni punto di vista. Uno dei punti forti è sicuramente l'ampio spazio esterno, ideale per rilassarsi e per far giocare i bambini in tutta sicurezza. Le camere sono molto spaziose e complete di tutto il materiale necessario, rendendo il soggiorno confortevole e senza preoccupazioni. L'aria condizionata è stata un vero sollievo durante le giornate più calde. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dal mare, permettendoci di esplorare facilmente la zona senza doverci spostare troppo. Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stata l'accoglienza e il supporto di Paola, che è stata eccezionale dal primo momento. Ci siamo sentiti davvero benvenuti e assistiti in ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia godersi una vacanza serena e piacevole. Grazie di cuore a Paola per aver reso il soggiorno così speciale!

Siamo stati due giorni ospiti in questo magnifico e paradisiaco luogo che Raffaele ci ha messo a disposizione. Posto perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità senza uscire troppo dalla città, spazi bellissimi e villa dotata di ogni confort possibile. Raffaele è stato disponibile sin dal primo momento ed è stato super disponibile a raccogliere ogni nostra richiesta. Villa perfetta e host fantastica, quale combo migliore per chi cerca un soggiorno del genere? Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!
