I love to nourish my body and soul with good nutritional food as well as incorporating yoga, brisk dog walks and women’s kettlebell classes where I can. I value my hobbies such as upholstery, interior design and skiing with the family when possible. My idea of relaxing is spending a Sunday evening next to a cosy fire with my husband and children after a roast dinner.
