Es la 2da vez que me alojo en estos apartamentos, esta vez fueron casi 7 noches, en general está muy bien y seguramente repetiría si vuelvo a Bogotá. Cosas a mejorar: * El agua de la ducha varía su temperatura, de repente está caliente, de repente fría, esto me sucedió en dos habitaciones, así que es algo estructural. * Las cortinas no llegan a tapar toda la ventana y en la mañana entra un rayo de sol directo en la zona de las almohadas de la cama, o sea, sobre tu cara, y es súper incómodo para seguir durmiendo. * El estilo industrial es muy lindo pero también ruidoso, se escuchan las cañerías a cualquier hora de la noche. Son cosas a mejorar, pero en general está ok en relación al precio.

There are lots of negative reviews about the place on airbnb and Google, and that mainly has to do with the neighborhood. While I understand those people's concerns, there's really no reason for you to be staying in Casco Viejo if you're not going to be taking part in the types of activities that permeate the area. It'd be like staying in Las Vegas and compaining about all of the gambling. I was there for a birthday getaway, and stayed in CV specifically to be in walking distance from all of the nightlife and its business. So, it didn't bother me that there was a nightclub that shook the walls until two in the morning since I was at another nightclub until one in the morning.

As far as the apartment itself: it makes a good attempt at being "luxury", but there are some areas where it falls obviously short. But, for how comfortable the place is, how spacious it is, the AMAZING balcony view, and its proximity to fun stuff, for the price, you can't beat it.
