This is a great location close to the Colonia Americana. While the area isn't necessary the best, it's so close to the Colonia Americana that it's just a few blocks away from everything. The building itself is beautiful just like in the pictures. It definitely has that Spanish vibe that it's going for. The roof terrace is very nice amenity. The Airbnb was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The host offers everything you need. And of course I felt very safe since there's extra security entrances. Bear in mind, if you want to watch Television you'll have to do so in the upstairs bedroom since there isn't one in the living room. But it's not a big deal. This is definitely a great deal for being in the heart of Guadalajara and within walking distance of everything.

A thoroughly excellent stay. Great apartment, location, and host.

El alojamiento está bonito, muy completo y la ubicación buena. El lugar cuenta con recomendaciones y una guía/mapa muy bonito para conocer.

El único detalle es que el alojamiento estaba al fondo y arriba, por lo que era complicados subir las pequeñas escaleras (más con la lluvia), pero teniendo en cuenta esto, la próxima ocasión buscaría rentar uno de los cuartos de abajo.
