Easily accessable by public transportation. Lots of room (we were 4 adults and 5 kids) and a homey feel to the place. Anna was great and gave us a few tips about the area. Would rent again

Overall the stay was just okay. Unfortunately the first day we arrived, the apartment caused a great inconvenience for my friends and I as the apartment was not cleaned since the last visitor. We arrived late at night, and it was in such an unlivable situation we had to stay at a hotel for the night. The bedsheets were all over the floor, the towels were still wet and we saw some things in the bathroom trashcan that should not have been seen. Though Anna was quick to reply to my concerns very early in the morning to have the apartment cleaned up, when we arrived back to the apartment, the balcony door was wide open and there were flies and mosquitoes everywhere around the house. We then realized that the balcony door wouldn't close properly so we had to push an arm chair up against the door. The location was convenient for what we had planned for our stay in Toronto but our stay would have been a lot better if our check in was less of an inconvenience.

Anna's rental really worked great for what I needed. We were doing a girl's weekend visit and we all wanted to stay in one location. It was great that we all had comfortable place to sleep. Everything was very clean and the location was walkable to many nice attractions.

The place is very good and the neighborhood it is cool.
It is not too silence because the street car parking is near the house, but is acceptable.
