Im not a coffee drinker but I’m in Vietnam. Where else could I learn about coffee quality?

The workshop exceeded my expectations. From a smelling/tasting test, to see the differents stages of the roasting of coffee beans. An was dedicated and patient with all my questions.

I found an amazing workshop about making traditional Vietnamese egg coffee — and it was absolutely wonderful!

I especially loved hearing the story of how this unique coffee was created, and the whole process was so much fun. Our instructor, Noah ❤️✨, was incredibly kind and friendly, with great English. She explained everything clearly, helped us during the preparation, and created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

At the end, we even received certificates for completing the workshop on traditional Vietnamese egg coffee — such a nice touch! ☕️✨

I truly recommend this class to anyone who wants to try something special and learn more about Vietnamese culture.
