Enjoyable walk with beautiful scenery, staff at the site were excellent and the walk well signed and interesting

What an amazing experience. All the waterfalls are absolutely breathtaking.

A very enjoyable, if at times challenging, walk through well-established woodlands accompanied by the relaxing sounds of the waterfall. Due to the nature of the environment some paths are uneven and may present difficulties for either very young or older guests. That said, if you're able the climb is well worth it as the views from the top are spectacular. And the fern garden on the way up is also gorgeous.

We led to believe in the description we would “meet the team” so we rushed to get there for our 11 o clock booking only to find there was no team to meet and timings weren’t necessary. We paid £24 each through airb&b for admission with cream tea included only to find admission was £12 and cream tea would have been £7.50 meaning we’d paid £9 over the top for something we didn’t get. Don’t bother booking on airb&b, just go there at your leisure and pay a lot less. Very, very annoyed.
