Chef Hung (Mr Pickles) was a fantastic host. This cooking class was one of the highlights of my entire trip. Chef Hung was willing to answer all my questions. He took us to a tour of the market, we got to try some amazing market fruits and snacks. We then had a great time learning 4 dishes at his restaurant. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Hanoi!
