Jordi was fantastic! We met him exactly where we were asked to meet then had a concise history lesson before heading to the local market to get fresh produce for our paella experience. Jordi’s friendly inclusive manner with fun and authenticity at the core made his experience relaxed. His passion made the entire paella masterclass truly memorable for all the family (children included). The flavours were amazing showing why Jordi is an Award winner!
Jordi put his soul into the experience with tapas for all and hands on for everyone. Would definitely recommend this personal and unforgettable experience in Valencia!

Jordi is a wonderful chef and a great host! He provided a lot of interesting information as we wandered through the market purchasing our ingredients, and then he did a lot to make our experience so much fun!! Everybody was comfortable and seem to really enjoy themselves!! I definitely recommend trying out this very special experience!! 🥘👏👏

What an amazing experience with Jordi and guests making authentic Paella.

We were taken to the local market to buy all the fresh ingredients and then welcomed to Jordi’s home where we had Sangria, tapas before preparing the main event.

Everyone contributed to making the Paella which tasted amazing. I am looking forward to trying to recreate when get home and now feel I need a proper sized pan!

Jordi was an excellent host and made everyone feel very welcome and my teenage children throughly enjoyed.
