My cooking class with Jorge was a tremendous and unforgettable experience. From the very first moment, his professionalism was evident; everything was meticulously organized and prepared. What truly stood out was his impressive knowledge of Peruvian cuisine, sharing not just recipes, but the rich history and authentic techniques behind each dish. Jorge managed to make the learning process fun, inspiring, and deeply informative, transforming what could have been a simple lesson into a true cultural and culinary immersion.

Jesus' cooking class was great. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions along the way. He had a helper bring everything out and take things away so we could just focus on the cooking. Also able to cater to our altergies/preferences. The place was a little tricky to find at first, but Jesus came out to greet us so we knew we were in the right place.

Jorge was wonderful! We had a great time making different Peruvian dishes. We also made 2 cocktails including a Pisco Sour. I recommend this class for anyone visiting Cusco and wanting to learn more about Peruvian cuisine.
