This pasta-making class was truly one of the highlights of our trip! From the moment we arrived, Alessandra welcomed us like old friends warm, kind, and so passionate about sharing her family traditions. We learned to make authentic pasta from scratch (and it turned out amazing), all while sipping on delicious wine made by her family. Every recipe was spectacular and we could hardly believe we had made it ourselves.
The evening was filled with laughter, great conversation, and the most incredible food. It didn’t just feel like a cooking class, it felt like being invited into someone’s home and heart. I would recommend this experience to absolutely everyone visiting Italy, and I’d return in a heartbeat! Definitely the best value out of any cooking classes we could find in the area!

Vous cuisinez chez l’hôte dans sa cuisine et salon. Vous mangez dans leurs cours qui est magnifique. On a eu une belle expérience et reviendrions!
