La experiencia que tuvimos fue en ingles pero eso no hizo que se sintiera menos argentino, tiene una comunicación fluida y se encarga de explicar perfectamente conceptos que no son familiares para un extranjero, definitivamente una experiencia inolvidable.

Diego is an excellent host. He welcomed us into his home with extremely friendly hospitality and taught me so much about the traditions of Argentinian asado BBQ. I consider myself a bit of an expert in steak as well. Having studied steak for 2 years during covid I am familiar with many beef cuts and finishing techniques. So you can say my standards are very high. Diego is simply masterful in his understanding of steak. We had such a wonderful chat and I learned so much about the Argentinian asado culture through him and would highly recommend his Airbnb experience to anyone. If you simply want to have a good chat, learn and eat then don’t hesitate to book with Diego ASAP!

Diego is probably the best host we’ve ever had on AirBnb experiences! He is incredibly knowledgeable and you can tell he does it strictly for his passion of asados and sharing the experience with others. We were the only people who ended up signing up for today but he was still so happy to be there and I think he actually hosted us an extra hour past the set time end because he had so much knowledge to share and we were just chatting it up. The food was truly spectacular - we could not have been happier. We were pretty between going to one of the famous steakhouses or doing this experience but this was so clearly a better bang for our buck because we got to try grilled veggies, cheese, and 4 different types of meat in a beautiful open air court yard while learning so much about the culture of Argentinian asados. Lastly, but probably helpful to mention… my husband and I both speak Spanish but Diego’s English is truly FLAWLESS. I couldn’t recommend him enough

We got lucky and had a private experience with Diego, which probably made it even easier to learn from him and actually participate in the asado preparation. Diego is a natural host, very friendly and easy to chat to. He is highly knowledgeable about the history of the Argentine asado, has a lot of experience in preparing amazing asado and he has several unique asado making tips that he happily shared with us. The food was incredible and plentiful! We had 3 different cuts of high quality meat that Diego cooked to perfection, plus cheese, sausages and vegetables. Diego served us beautiful wine and even dessert with coffee. We were incredibly full by the end of the experience and left feeling like we had a wonderful night with a good friend.
