Asinine check-in process which has to be completed outside of Airbnb platform.

Endless forms to fill out, instructional videos to watch and apps to download before you can access the digital keys to the apartment. If you want real keys you have to trek to the other side of town.

The host communicates with you via chatbot which responds with multiple choice questions that don’t make sense.

Amazing location but the apartment is falling apart. Broken furniture, etc.

Extremely expensive for the quality and cleanliness. The apartment smelled like a combination of filth and cleaning supplies.

The cleaner arrived hours before the checkout time and just waited outside the door.

It’s places like this that really make Airbnb suck these days.

Everything was great, clean and safe! They provided all the basic necessities and they also gave us a little welcome pack. The location is ideal, as it is close to most interesting neighbourhoods and a metro station and other services, restaurants, etc.
The only thing, which is out of their control, was the noise and lack of ventilation. There’s a bar/restaurant outside, which is problematic at night with the cigarette smell and loud chatter, so we had to close the only window, which made the apartment pretty warm. Fortunately there is a fan that helped a lot.
