I recently had the pleasure of attending a private chocolate making class with Chef Michael, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we started, Chef Michael’s dynamic and fun personality shone through, making the entire experience incredibly enjoyable.
We learned the art of making truffles from scratch, from molding to filling them with delicious ganache. The workshop was held in a kitchen commissary, which was a bit more bare-bones but still provided everything we needed for a fantastic experience. Chef Michael’s expertise and passion for chocolate were evident in every step, and he made sure to accommodate all dietary needs, which was greatly appreciated.
His engaging teaching style and interesting anecdotes kept us entertained and informed throughout the class. Chef Michael truly went above and beyond to make the experience special, and I left with not only a box of delectable truffles but also a newfound appreciation for the craft.
