This cooking class was a very pleasant experience because of the hosts, Michisan and Yumisan. I learned to do origami, to make sushimaki and to make niku jagai which is beef and potatoes. The atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable as though I was stopping by a friend’s home to help make dinner. While eating we talked about our families. I learned many little tricks which I can apply to my own cooking. If I could I would take this class everyday for a week. I was so full when I left, that I almost didnt eat dinner. Thank you Michi and Yumi!

If you visit Fukuoka, I would recommend this class. We experienced Japanese home food and culture while we participated in the class. Thank Michiyo and friend!
