This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). It is situated away from crowds and traffic but still close enough to easily reach markets, restaurants, and beaches. The closest beach is 5 minutes away. The restaurant is on the beach. The closest market is 10 minutes away by car. This village is right in between two towns, Hvar and Stari grad each 5 km away
