A ház nagyon közel a központhoz ,egy csendes kis utcában helyezkedik el. 5-10 perc sétával könnyen megközelithető a bolt, a tó ,a sétány ,a teniszpálya , és az állatkert. A konyha teljesen felszerelt, az ágyakban anatómiai matracok vannak.Az egész házban wifi elérhetőség van. A hálószobákban egy-egy francia ágy ,a nappali szobában kettő kihúzható kanapé van .Összesen 8 felnőtnek tudunk ágyat biztosítani egyszerre.
