Studio se nalazi u visokom prizemlju, ima ukupno 20 m2 I sastoji se od glavne prostorije opremljene krevetom (za 1 ili 2 osobe, veličine 150cm x 200 cm), radnim stolom i 2 stolice, ormarom, smart tv-om, malom kuhinjom, te kupaonice i balkona. The parking lot is in front of the building of the apartement and all arround, it's public and the parking ticket is 13,30 euro per day or 23,90 euro per week. The parking is in Red zone no. 1
