Semmering: soggiorni in alloggi con lavatrice e asciugatrice

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very well-equipped with everything we needed, including essentials like toilet paper, olive oil, and spices, which made our stay extra comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the train and tram stations and only a few stops from the city center. The host was helpful and accommodating, allowing us to stay until 5 PM on our last day due to our late departure, which we greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and welcoming stay!

War zum zweiten mal in einer Wohnung von Josef. Sollte sich wieder eine Möglichkeit ergeben, werde ich gerne wiederkommen. Für mich die ideale Wohnung für eine Reise nach Wien.

Wir haben die Wohnung, die multikulturelle Umgebung und die Mietvelos von Wien sehr genossen! Gudrun war unkomplziert und hilfsbereit! Das nächste Mal wird länger😉

Casa nuovissima, pulitissima, con ottimo isolamento acustico, molto spaziosa, ben arredata. Mezzi molto comodi al centro.

È stata la mia prima esperienza con Airbnb. L’alloggio corrispondeva alla descrizione, l’host è stata molto cortese e sempre disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti a casa♥️

Lovely people, helpful and gave us lots of advice about what to see and how to get around. Parking on site was useful and cheaper than other places in the city

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Enis. Die Wohnung ist super für eine große Gruppe (wir waren zu 7.) und super leicht vom Bahnhof aus zu erreichen. Enis war ein toller Gastgeber, er hat sich toll um uns gekümmert und wir durften sogar am letzten Tag noch unsere Koffer bei ihm lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Mariana's place was pretty, cozy and super clean. Located in the quiet Hietzing district, 15 minutes to the Schonbrunn palace and approx. 25 minutes to the city centre by car. Getting around was easy both by car and bus/tram. In the house, there was everything one could wish for. We loved the bedlinen. Thank you Mariana!

Wir haben als Gruppe zu dritt in der Unterkunft gewohnt und fanden sie perfekt für eine Gruppe - in unserem Fall hatte sogar jeder ein eigenes Zimmer! Wer 'daheim' kochen will hat auch eine super ausgestattete Küche und vor allem bei warmem Wetter sitzt man im Hof sehr gemütlich. Nur bei schlechterem Wetter könnte ich mir vorstellen, dass ein gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum fehlt (Sofa steht am Rand in der Küche). Sonst wirklich alles prima!

This home fulfilled our Christmas holiday expectations. The home is full of character and we really appreciate the history. What an experience for our children to stay in a home that is older than our country. The kitchen is well stocked, out in the quiet country about an hour west from Vienna. The hosts were warm, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Man hat alles was man braucht und vor allem Ruhe. Die Kommunikation mit Martin verlief problemlos. Wir hatten ein schönes und entspanntes Wochenende zu dritt mit Freunden. Hätten auch locker noch ein paar Tage länger ausgehalten.

Vielen Dank! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. :) Die Unterkunft ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, wir wurden im Vorfeld mit allen Infos versorgt, die wir brauchten. Die Gastgeber waren gut erreichbar und haben und mit wifi usw schnell weitergeholfen.

Super geräumiges Haus, wir hatten zu neunt wunderbar Platz, großer Parkplatz und ein komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück, da konnten wir ohne Bedenken den Hund laufen lassen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Logement très spacieux et très bien équipé surtout pour cuisiner. La maison était décorée pour noël pour que nous nous sentions comme à la maison. C'était vraiment très chaleureux. Literie de qualité et nuit paisible pour se ressourcer après les journées de visite. Le métro U4 est à 15 minutes à pieds et amène directement dans le centre de Vienne. 2 petits centres sont à dix minutes à pieds avec restaurants et commerces de proximité. Pour garer les voitures, un P&R est à une station de métro, donc assez pratique car les voitures ne sont pas les bienvenues dans Vienne. Klaudia fait tout pour répondre à nos questions et prend le temps de faire des recherches si nécessaire. Magnifique séjour entre amis, à recommander sans hésitation

Katja’s apartment is lovely. It’s a perfect base for exploring Vienna. It is very close to the main railway station (15 minutes walk) and close to the tube station for easy access to everything! Katja is very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend her apartment!

Szuper kis lakás - modern, tiszta, tágas és minden megtalálható benne, ami 1-2 embernek kellhet egy hosszabb-rövidebb tartózkodáshoz. A tulajdonossal egyszerűen ment a kommunikáció. Ajánlom!

the apartment is in the perfect place... near the subway, supermarkets, and shops. it's a quick subway ride into town, which we loved! it was very warm inside so we were very comfy!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist auf das Notwendigste beschränkt. Sie befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mit guter Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Bezüglich des Stellplatzes für das eigene Auto empfiehlt es sich, umliegende Parkhäuser zu nutzen, da nur Anwohnerparkplätze vorhanden sind.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöne ruhige Lage, dennoch gut angebunden und zentral. In der Umgebung gleich Supermärkte und Geschäfte, Meidlinger Fußgängerzone in 5 Min zu erreichen. Schöne moderne Wohnung/Haus/Einrichtung; PKW-Stellplatz wenn man ihn braucht natürlich entstressend ;). Es war soweit alles da damit man gleich ankommen kann und war sehr sauber. Hier macht man aif jeden Fall nichts verkehrt! Danke für die professionelle Orga und nette Kommunikation!

Wie haben die Wohnung nur für eine Nacht gebraucht. Alles war sehr sauber, vom Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß gut erreichbar und für die zentrale Lage auch relativ ruhig. Was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Insgesamt wirklich zu empfehlen!
