It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Svi bitniji sadržaji od restorana, caffe barova, trgovina, trgova i prekrasnih plaža udaljeni su ne više od 600 metara od objekta. Sam smještaj ima prekrasan pogled. Solis Rogoznica is a charming stone house built entirely from stones found on the hills overlooking Rogoznica. It is located amongst the olive trees on the hill just 3 min ride (10-15 min walk) from the main road and the closest beach and it represents an old stone house with green windows - symbol of Dalmatia! It is surrounded by untouched nature in a very peaceful area with amazing sunsets every day!
