Access to the villa from the private parking area is convenient thanks to an elevator. The property is on two levels; from the large parking area you can already be fascinated by the enchanting panorama and up a staircase lined with white flowers beds, you enter the first terrace / solarium shaded by a majestic pergola; you can relax in total privacy and quiet in the heated whirlpool jacuzzi in both summer and winter, on the other side a beautiful new semi-covered garden. A few stairs separate the lower floor. Here another large terrace, great for dining during the wonderful summer evenings serenaded by cicadas and unique sunsets, an area where you can take advantage of the barbecue or even experiment your cooking with an authentic wood-burning oven. There is only fun to be had! The interiors are spacious, the living room is comfortable, the 2 double bedrooms with balcony are perfect to wake up in the morning to a breath-taking view... the sun it penetrates from the terrace in front of you and warms you gently. Then a small single room, perfect for kids and another double bed room with a little window. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds pots, pans and dishes so that our guests can cook and enjoy their stay in total autonomy, feeling at home. In addition, the two bathrooms are well finished and decorated in a unique style, one with a large shower and comfortable seats. You will have the opportunity to experience our traditions with a Lemon tour with tasting of liquors and products in a local lemon garden where you can experience our territory as a local instead of a visitor and make your own special Limoncello. If you are a sporty type and love trekking, you cannot miss the many paths that cross the Amalfi coast from Agerola to Positano, The path of the Gods, Amalfi to Ravello, valle delle ferriere path, here you can lose yourself in nature and dive into the most pristine landscapes. Conveniently you can take advantage of transfer service to facilitate access to the most interesting cultural and leisure activities of the Coast or to reach the most visited archaeological sites, such as the Pompeii, Herculaneum or Naples with tours led by professional tour guides and in your native language. VILLA SAN GIUSEPPE is a charming detached house of 120 sqm, capable of accommodating seven people, which is located in FURORE, a small town on the AMALFI COAST considered one of ‘The most beautiful villages in Italy’. It is surrounded by nature, tranquility and peace that always attract people looking for relaxation. The Villa has three double bedrooms (one of them has a single bed 80 cm/32 inches in addition), two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a fireplace corner. The bedrooms are really spacious (beds are 160 cm/ 62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and two of them, together with the living room, are exposed to the long sea view terrace where you can seat and have a sweeping view of the sea and of the picturesque hills of Furore. The third bedroom is exposed to the small side terrace and has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a wash basin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head, a wall hair dryer and a washing machine. The other bathroom is equipped with a wash basin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a wall hair dryer as well and is in front of the seaside rooms. The living room is elegant and comfortable and is provided with a sofa, two armchairs, a table fitted for seven people, a satellite-TV, a DVD-reader, a stereo, some board games and a bookshelf offering a variety of books in different languages. The kitchen is full equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric/gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, two Italian-style coffee-makers, a kettle, a toast maker, an orange squeezer and all you will need. There is also a selection of wines made from local vineyards, famous all over the world. You will be able to enter the dining room from the kitchen. The dining table can accommodate seven guests. In this room you will find a digital piano. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. From the kitchen, a French door will take you to the garden (50 sqm/540 sq ft large), partly covered with a “pergola” of grapes plants, kiwi fruit, a lemon tree and a tangerine tree. From here you can enjoy the view of the sea and of the coastline sitting on a lounger or at the lava stone table, example of the famous Vietri ceramics, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in absolute peace.

Lo Zaffiro Sea View Apartment

Lo Zaffiro apartment is a seaview peaceful retreat located in the small hamlet of Tovere (San Pietro), on the Amalfi Coast. Newly renovated, inspired by the finesse of Italian craftsmanship, made with hand-made ceramic tiles and lava stone furnishings to create a marvellous ambience that allows you to enjoy “la dolce vita”. With a wide terrace on which to relax and unwind with the sparkiling views of the Tyrrhenian Sea, included Li Galli Islands and the famous Faraglioni Rocks in the distance.

RAFFINATA PROPRIETÀ CON VISTA MARE Furore, situato in costiera Amalfitana, dista circa 6 km dal centro di Amalfi. A pochi passi dalla struttura, si trova il minimarket, la farmacia e una caffetteria ed un ristorante. la fermata del bus è a pochi passi dall'appartamento. A soli 3km dal paese è possibile visitare il famosissimo "Sentiero degli Dei" La principale attrattiva è il caratteristico "Fiordo di Furore" da molti definito un angolo di Norvegia tagliato nella roccia del Mediterraneo.

Maika House, finemente ristrutturata, è ampia e confortevole, con i suoi balconi che affacciano sul borgo. E' distante 270 scalini dal mare e pochi minuti a piedi da Amalfi. La casa si compone di una spaziosa cucina-sala da pranzo attrezzata, due camere da letto matrimoniali di cui una con un letto singolo e l'altra con divano letto e due bagni (uno in camera), dotati di box doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Il WiFi è gratuito. E' presente un'ampia balconata vista mare, con tavolo e sedie.
