Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. The apartment is in the center, the seafront on the waterfront. It has two floors, terrace with a beautiful view, living area with kitchen, bathroom and a room with a lowered ceiling in the gallery. In living room there are 2 sofas and in the sleeping part of the gallery there are 2 beds . Fully equipped and very modern. Outside the door you step on a beautiful promenade which extends over 1 km to the beach Zlatni rat. The sea is in front of the house and the nearest beach is 50 m distance.

You’ll love my place because of here aren't many neighbours around, so you can enjoy piece and quiet during your vacation. If you love nightlife, Omiš are Makarska are not far. The beach is one minute walking distance from the house, and 5-6 min walk from center. All that house can offer is at your disposal, including terrace where can you sunbathe during day or have romantic dinners during night,.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
