Province of Pescara: soggiorni in alloggi con lavatrice e asciugatrice

Very lovely apartment. Great that it had new washer and dryer. Host and her family were very helpful. Very centrally located in the host area of town. Would definitely stay there again.

The pictures don’t serve this apartment justice - the space is AMAZING. Fantastic location, and all the amenities you could need. The flat has a huge terrace/balcony which opens up completely, but also can be enclosed (and is air conditioned/heated!). The kitchen is located here, and I loved my open-air cooking experience. There is also a separate balcony off the bedroom. Location is great - 10 minute walk from the train station and less than 5 from the beach, and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cafe’s. It was the ideal spot for bringing our one year old - a high chair and cot were provided, as well as sheets and a baby blanket. Alessandro was so kind, accommodating, and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Guido et son épouse sont épouse sont très soucieux du bien-être de leur locataire. Logement impeccable et agréable pour un séjour court ou long.

Appartement très spacieux et bien placé pour se déplacer à pied dans Pescara. Peu de places pour se garer dans la rue et environs mais nous avons à chaque fois eu un peu de chance. Si nous nous rendons encore à Pescara, nous choisirons encore certainement cet appartement car il correspond pleinement à ce que nous attendons. Il dispose aussi de beaucoup de facilités. Un très bon rapport qualité prix.

The apartment was perfect for our family (2 adults + 2 kids), big, spacious, a lot of light and view’s all around (seaside direction on one side and mountains on the other). The host was very helpfull he helpt us with early check-in and taxi reservation for Airport transfer. The downside is only related with the area, yes is close to the airport (and this is what we wanted), but nothing to do in the area. Yes, you can take the bus and in 10 min are in the center of Pescara near the sea. It is more suited for families traveling with the car.

Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto! La stanza era pulitissima, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Il letto era molto comodo e ho apprezzato i piccoli dettagli. La zona è tranquilla e molto vicina al centro.L’host è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile e attento. Mi sono sentito come a casa. Consiglio assolutamente questa sistemazione e ci tornerei volentieri!

Appartamento esattamente come descritto/fotografato. Molto pulito e confortevole, ampio e spazioso, piacevole anche l'arredamento. Dotato di tutto ciò che serve durante una permanenza fuori. Host impeccabile, cordiale, gentilissimo e molto disponibile. È venuto incontro a tutte le nostre necessità quindi un padrone di casa davvero ineccepibile. Consigliatissimo.

Luca is a responsive, friendly and gracious host. The house manual he has there is amazing-comprehensive and easy to read, includes information about the house, the area and suggested attractions. The place is spacious, pretty and has all the amenities one could need, including anything necessary for people traveling with small children. The bed is comfortable and there are ample towels. I happened to be there when it was in the mid 90's Fahrenheit, so the lack of air conditioning made the temperatures inside uncomfortable. The lack of A/C is standard in the town, the locals seem used to it and it is only hot in July, but worth noting if one is sensitive to heat, it can be an issue. There was a small issue upon arrival with the hot water, but it was fixed immediately- the host has caretakers who live right across the street. It is a 5 star place with a 5 star host.

La casa di Camilla è super pulita, rinnovata e spaziosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e abbiamo passato un bel capodanno tranquillo. Il borgo è carino e tranquillo. La proprietaria di casa ha comunicato con noi spesso e ha contribuito ad un soggiorno senza alcun intoppo.

I loved Lorenzo’s place it was perfect for my short stay in Chieti and central to everything I needed. Lorenzo met me in town and walked me to the accomodation which helped me feel welcomed and settled. The place itself was amazing, historical and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. It was great having the washing machine and dryer also. Thanks Lorenzo

Francesco e i suoi genitori sono stati gentilissimi e molto accoglienti. La casa era pulita,comoda,con tutto il necessario per una bella e confortevole vacanza.I più felici? I nostri cani . Correvano tutto il giorno nel giardino ,rincorrendosi e non volevano più rientrare...ci torneremo presto insieme ai nostri amici a quattro zampe !!

Una vacanza vista bellezza. Una casa perfetta per comitive numerose grazie a spazi ampi, curati nel minimo dettaglio. Dalle grandi finestre entra luce dall’alba al tramonto e la cucina vivibile è il cuore pulsante della casa. La vista panoramica lascia davvero senza fiato. Le camere al piano di sopra sono davvero accoglienti, l’unica pecca è la poca luce in quelle al piano inferiore. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno, un plus importantissimo per più famiglie o gruppi di amici. Barbecue, piscina, tavoli da biliardo e tavolo da Ping pong sono la ciliegina sulla torta, che hanno reso questa casa assolutamente indimenticabile. Ovviamente super consigliata.

Franco, Mariangela and their entire extended family are wonderful people. They took such good care of use while we were staying in fara. The house is exactly as described and in a fantastic location. We stayed during winter and the house was very comfortable. As Franco says it is the warmest house in fara. Thankyou for helping to make this trip so wonderful, I am sure we will meet again soon.

Le cadre est magnifique la maison est fidèle à la description un havre de paix pour se reposer relaxer et ressourcer faciliter d’accès à la montagne ou à la mer proche de chieti, les conseils de Valerie pour visiter la région sont top , un grand merci nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances decouvert une magnifique région et des paysages époustouflant.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Maila odpowiadała bardzo szybko i konkretne. Miejsce fajne, bardzo blisko na plażę, a do centrum również nie jest daleko. Dziękujemy :⁠-⁠D

Antonio è stato da subito molto gentile e si è reso disponibile per tutto..orari, esigenze varie e strumenti in più richiesti da me. La casa è completamente nuova, pulita ed organizzata al meglio, comprensiva di tutti i confort possibili. Ci è stato addirittura regalata una bottiglia di buonissimo vino e dei biscotti tipici abruzzesi. Consiglio vivamente questa casa, sia per la struttura e la posizione, sia per Antonio e sua mamma, persone gentilissime!

Alloggio moderno e spazioso, provvisto di tutto il necessario per una vacanza confortevole. Host accogliente e molto disponibile nel soddisfare le nostre richieste. Posizione impeccabile nel pieno centro di Pescara. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

We were delayed arriving but Antonio didn't seem to mind. He met us and showed us all around the apartment. The apartment has beautiful views of the snowcapped mountains with easy access to everything you could need. I would 100% recommend this spotless apartment to everyone.

My family and I stayed for the World Skate Games. The venue was right across the street. For having someone with limited mobility his place was easily accessible and had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. On top of that brother was very helpful welcoming us in.

We were delighted with Filippo's apartment! The location is brilliant: the top floor apartment is super central in the beautiful old town of Pescara with lots of cafés, restaurants, bars and stores and at the same time it's only a few minutes' walk to the beach. The house is well maintained and the apartment is clean, freshly renovated and really incredibly well equipped. The check-in was very straightforward and Filippo is an extremely friendly and warm host. I particularly liked the style of the apartment with a clear design and cool furniture and pictures without a lot of frills, the cozy and private terrace and the great view through the windows and skylights of the old roofs, church windows and turrets! We would come back in a heartbeat!

L'host Marian Claudiu è stato super reattivo e proattivo con le comunicazioni, ma senza essere mai invadente. Mi ha anche dato qualche consiglio su cosa visitare in zona, di sua spontanea volontà, e la visita si è rivelata sorprendentemente interessante, quindi consiglio prezioso! La casa rispecchia la descrizione e le foto, ma è più grande di quanto non sembri sul sito, soprattutto il balcone che è immenso. Unica cosa da segnalare, la casa è vicino alla ferrovia ma personalmente ciò non ha causato alcun fastidio. Vorrei tornarci.

Alloggio attrezzato di tutto il necessario per una vacanza al mare comoda e rilassante! Host molto disponibile, anche a venire incontro a qualche esigenza extra! Da tornare!!
