Province of Massa and Carrara: soggiorni in alloggi dove è consentito fumare

L’appartamento di Federico è una chicca in mezzo alle colline delle 5Terre non gli manca nulla, pulito e accogliente, dall’appartamento si vede il golfo di LaSpezia e il litorale delle 5Terre, fantastico!!! Essendo in cima alla collina, è in mezzo ai sentieri da trekking(20’ di strada di montagna da La Spezia) per raggiungere il mare ci sono 1100 gradini( trekking da fare perché il mare è top) Nei dintorni non ci sono servizi ma se cercate la tranquillità è il vs posto!

Nous avons passé 10 jours chez Valentina, son père et sa tante sont très chaleureux. La vue depuis le balcon est magnifique sur les montagnes de la Toscane et l'ambiance pleine d'authenticité. Nous avons pu nous reposer véritablement. Et la région est très belle! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci!

Fabio was a wonderful host! He met us at the train station in the evening after 8pm which was extremely helpful and kind and walked us the apartment which is only 3 minutes from the train station! He showed us places to go for breakfast and where to get groceries on our walk to the apartment and explained everything extremely thoroughly. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our stay. We said we wished we could have stayed longer! Fabio was extremely clear in instructions and very accommodating, he even heard our plans and gave us personalized advice for our stay and the length we had to be able to have the best experience in La Spezia. It was a lovely stay, we highly recommend this apartment and Fabio as a host!!

Just quick one night stay before visiting Carrara but everything was perfect. We had a very peaceful sleep.

Recibimos muy buena atención, el recibimiento fue muy gustoso. Fabricio junto a la compañía de su hijo nos explicaron con un alto nivel de detalle  su hermoso piso. Nos incluyeron una rica botella de vino para compartir y una gran variedad de productos italianos para los desayunos. El piso se encuentra con un excelente confort  y unos ambientes muy espacioso y muy bien distribuidos. La primera noche presentamos problemas con la presión del agua caliente y tan solo avisarle a Fabrizio su llegada fue lo antes posible a solucionar la incidencia y resolvimos enseguida la situación. Muchas gracias por todo.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Elias et Egle. La maison est en hauteur avec une superbe vue, dont nous avons pu profiter depuis les 2 terrasses. Elias et Egle ont eu la gentillesse de venir nous chercher à Arcola lors de notre arrivée afin de nous montrer le chemin jusqu’à la maison. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement !

Arturo’s apartment is fabulous. Set high on the hill overlooking the Harbour. The balcony and alfresco dinning area are amazing. We spent most afternoons on the balcony after a hard day site seeing with a cheese platter and glass of wine watching the cruise ships and sailing boats come and go. The apartment is spotless clean and well equipped if you want to self cater but only 3 min up the path is a wonderful pizza restaurant with more amazing views. This apartment is a great base for doing day trips around the Cinque Terre. We can also recommend the Ferry trip. Arturo was great at explaining all the details of the apartment and local area.

El apartamento es amplio y cómodo. Se encuentra cerca de la estación de tren, que es el transporte más recomendable para visitar los pueblos de cinque terre. La calefacción funcionaba perfectamente y en la puerta se puede aparcar, durante el día es de pago. Al lado de la entrada hay un restaurante con una buena relación precio calidad.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'appartamento di Rossana durante il week end di Pasqua. Rossana e il marito sono stati molto gentili e ospitali, sempre disponibili nel dare informazioni per visitare il territorio. Se sarà possibile, torneremo durante il periodo estivo, così da poter utlizzare anche la bella piscina presente nel giardino di casa. Lyudmyla e Graziano

Nous revenons heureux de notre séjour, nous avons été très bien accueillis, l'endroit était très bien situé et au calme comme promis. En plus d'une superbe vue, nous étions dans une maison atypique et pleine de charme, au calme, on a pu profiter de la terrasse et du petit village situé en contre bas. Notre hôte est resté en contact avec nous tout le long du séjour et à toujours répondu à nos questions et nous a donné de très bons conseils pour visiter, se déplacer et découvrir la région, tout était au top. Les équipements prévus étaient rangés, propres et a disposition. Nous avons été sous le charme de la maison ainsi que de nos hôtes qui ont toujours été bienveillants avec nous. Nous cherchions un endroit calme et près de tout. L'endroit est magnifique et tout est accessible. La maison est paisible et super bien situé. De plus, Alessandro est super rejoignable et ouvert. Ses guides sont super bien fait et on remarque facilement qu'il partage bien l'amour de la région. Grazie e a presto ! On reviendra !

abbiamo passato il capodanno in compagnia e ci siamo divertiti molto. la casa è bellissima e rispecchia tutte le informazioni. Elizabeth è molto gentile e proattiva per qualunque richiesta o problema. assolutamente consigliato!

La vivienda es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. No le falta ningún detalle. Está rodeada de naturaleza, ideal si te gusta disfrutar de ese tipo de turismo. Queda un poco lejos de los lugares típicos a visitar y no hay supermercado en el pueblo; así que, antes de llegar, si necesitas comprar comida, lo ideal es comprarla antes. Por lo demás, en cuanto a la vivienda en sí y la atención de Claudio, genial

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

The house is more beautiful than the photo. The neighbors are good and helpful. As a traveller u have everything here you can imagine. We really enjoyed the terrace back at the kitchen. Perfect place and perfect city to enjoy. We met the owner the next day. She is cool and beautiful 😍🤭. Very nice people and nice place. We will back for sure!

One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed! The home itself is perched near the top of the hill in Manarola right next to the church and clock towers (bells ring on the hour and half from 7 am to about 10 pm- :) the view from the shuttered windows and balcony/patio are outstanding! Being up above the busy sea view area really was lovely- felt like I was part of the community. And Giulia is truly the most kind and helpful host❤️🙏🏻❤️. I will absolutely stay here again.

Alloggio perfetto, grande e ben fornito di tutti i confort. A pochi passi dal mare, dal centro e da negozi/supermercato. Dotato di spazio esterno con tavolo e piccolo giardino, perfetto per chi come noi ha alloggiato con un cane (accettato senza il minimo problema). esperienza ottima!

el alojamiento de Andrea esta frente a la estacion de tren, de fácil acceso y cerca de muchos lugares para recorrer y salir a comer. Es un alojamiento cómodo y muy limpio. Recomiendo 100%

Wow! Elisabetta's place in the heart of La Spezia is just wonderful. So much thought and creativity has gone into its design and quirky touches. One of the most original places I've stayed in! I was right at home from the moment we arrived. Location is brilliant. Five minutes from the train station, right in the heart of the city's bars and restaurants, and a 10 minute walk down to the harbour.

Lägenheten var mycket bra, nära stationen, trevlig balkong, rent o snyggt. Kan rekommenderas.

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse était vraiment très agréable. Proche de la gare pour les cinque terre, l'emplacement est idéal !

George nous a accueilli aimablement en venant nous chercher à la gare à notre arrivée car il pleuvait. Il nous a également ramené tot à la gare le dernier jour. Il s’est proposé pour qu’on s’arrête dans un magasin afin qu’on puisse acheter le nécessaire pour manger. Il a toujours répondu rapidement lorsqu’on avait des questions et s’est montré agréable. Le logement quant à lui est identique aux photos fournies et contient tout le nécessaire pour séjourner. Tout était propre et bien entretenu. Mis à part le temps qu’il faut compter pour marcher jusqu’au centre ville, tout était parfait.

Merci Grazia pour votre accueil et vos bons conseils qui nous ont permis de découvrir d'autres pépites aux alentours des Cinque Terre et de La Spezia. Le logement est confortable et agréable, nous nous y sommes très bien sentis. La place de stationnement est un vrai plus pour le confort du séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement où la gare, les bus, le port sont facilement accessibles et permettent de découvrir cette belle région. Grazie mille !

Fulvio a été très accueillant, nous avons apprécié ses instructions claires et toutes ses bonnes recommandations. Le logement est facile d'accès, à 5 mn de la gare de Migliarina, où la correspondance avec la gare de La Spezia Centrale vers les Cinque Terre se fait facilement. Le logement est très spacieux pour deux, propre et tout est prévu pour un court séjour. La petite terrasse est très agréable. Je recommande !
