In the second house, there is a living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, along with one bathroom and an additional WC.

Big jacuzzi (hot tub) for 5 people, beautiful view, yard with chairs, table and BBQ stove. 5 min with car to the seaside and beach, 20 min with car to the center of Split. A lot of locations for walking and enjoying nature. House has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and small bed room with bunk bed. Kitchen combined with dining room and living room. There is one additional apartment on the first floor with a separate entrance used by the owners. Access to the upper floor is via a shared staircase. The owners do not use the pool or any guest facilities.
