Palermo: soggiorni in case vacanze

Vi har rigtig glade for vores ophold. Perfekt til en familie på 4. Vi nød udsigten og swimmingpoolen. Giuseppe var meget hjælpsom og kom med lokale anbefalinger. Særligt bageren, isboden og restauranten i nærheden var vi glade for (S.Nicola), men også en dejlig tur til Cefalú - hvor restauranten A Paranza lavede lækre pizzaer. Giuseppe anbefalede også gode restauranter i Palermo. Vi vil absolut anbefale stedet til andre, og vil elske at komme tilbage.

We hebben enorm genoten van het huis, de prachtige tuin en natuurlijk het zwembad. Het Italiaanse weer was een fijn cadeau voor ons in april. De eigenaren zijn buitengewoon vriendelijk. Alles was zoals beschreven in de advertentie. Ik zou het iedereen aanbevelen. Extra tip: Wij hebben met een motorbootje gevaren via Makari Bootverhuur in Castellamare del Golfo. Heel gaaf om te doen. Nogmaals bedankt voor alles! Arrivederci!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und der Aussenbereich hat den Kindern viel Spaß gemacht. Emelia und Raffaela waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie haben auf alle Fragen schnell reagiert und viele gute Tipps gegeben. Vielen Dank!

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

This is a fantastic villa, located in an excellent position for exploring the North West and Palermo. The town of Balestrate has good shops and restaurants and a couple of nice beaches...but is just out of reach of walking (the villa is on a fairly hilly lane with no pavement) and so a car is needed. It's a 'real' town rather than a heavily touristed place, which we loved - the restaurant were busy with locals and very good value as a result. The hosts were super-responsive and sent lots of recommendations and useful info, and were particularly helpful when our car broke down! There is so much to see in this part of Sicily and it's only 30 mins drive from Palermo Airport.

Michele ci ha raccolto bene e ci ha dato delle informationi utilli per la citta. Lui ci ha dato subito una mano ad risolvere ogni problema . Le ferie nella sua casa erano rillasati e molto belle. Noi speriamo che ci ospita ancora se ci troviamo in zona. 5 Stelle per tutto il Stardust Home.

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Rosario for our nice holiday stay at your vila as well as for the nice treats.

I have been using Airbnb for many, many years. This stay was by far, the absolute best on many levels. The hosts greeted us personally, (very rare) and were so personable and accommodating. The home was absolutely spotless. The hosts brought sweets us local sweets and a ride into town to retrieve our noleggio. The view of the sea is second to none! I wish we were staying longer. Thank you!!!

La villa Andrea de Capaci s'est avérée parfaite pour notre groupe de 8. Les photos sont conforme à la description Nous n'avons pas utilisé le jaccuzzi extérieur car non chauffé mais nous avons bien profité du sauna qui fonctionne très bien La plage est tout près et il y a de nombreuses visites à faire aux alentours Je recommande

Wij hebben de verjaardag van mijn man en de feestdagen in de comfortabele villa van Fulvio doorgebracht en er een heerlijke periode genoten. Het huis was heel schoon en ruim en de benoemde voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Er is een restaurant (Graffiti) op loopafstand van het huis, maar voor de overige voorzieningen, zoals een supermarkt en dergelijke, zou ik toch een huurauto adviseren. Een aanrader is Mondello beach, zelfs in de winterperiode is het er goed vertoeven. Palermo stad ligt op zo'n 20 autominuten vanaf de villa en het vliegveld op ongeveer 25 minuten met de auto. Er zijn diverse (historische) bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving, dus je hoeft je er niet te vervelen. Fulvio zelf is erg behulpzaam en reageerde heel vlot wanneer we een vraag hadden. Wij zouden deze plek en host absoluut aanraden.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le logement de Salvatore. La vue sur la mer était magnifique surtout le matin. Salvatore est un hôte très sympathique et disponible. On recommande !

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles bestens, empfehlenswert. Einziges Manko: Parken nicht wie beschrieben auf dem Grundstück sondern direkt neben dem Haus in einer schmalen Straße wo der Seitenspiegel meines Autos angefahren wurde.

Nice and spacious place. Had to wait for the the automatic locks on bedrooms to get in but once we overcame that it was fine. Could do with some more kitchen amenities, drinking glasses etc, but overall all good. Thank you

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Mondello. Le logement est parfait, très bien situé, l’hôte extrêmement accueillante et disponible. Je recommande fortement.

Le coup de cœur de nos vacances en Sicile! Le logement proposé par Serena devrait être une étape indispensable lors d'un road trip en Sicile. Il est bien aménagé, décoré avec goût et très propre. Un top avec le toit terrasse, quoi de mieux pour boire un café ou un Spritz :-) Et le logement est situé à côté de nombreuses bonnes adresses pour manger sicilien ou italien. Serena, ainsi que Diego, son frère que nous avons rencontré, sont des gens gentils et toujours réactifs pour nous aider. Nous avons échangé facilement comme si nous nous connaissions depuis des années. Enfin, Serena est un vrai guide touristique, qui connaît parfaitement sa région, c'est un vrai plus. Adresse à ne pas louper et à sélectionner sans hésiter <3

Excelente todo . Carini es un pueblo hermoso y cerca de muchos lugares turisticos . Fuimos 4 en familia , pero para recorrer lugares , es imprescindible alquilar un auto . Nunca tuvimos inconveniente para aparcar .

The best option to enjoy Sicily. Apartment was clean, cosy, with good air conditioner, big bathroom, soft bed and kitchen with everything we need. There is small, but beautiful beach nearby, bakery, pizzeria, two places with ice cream. The place is safe and calm, and nothing can disturb you (maybe except dogs, but they are on private territory, so it's OK). It is better to rent a car to see other places here, because Uber is quite expensive, and it is the only problem. During our vacation Salvatore told us a lot about the region, helped to chose places to visit and gave a tip about local cuisine, which is really great. The host was ready to help in any time and we are thankful for such an attitude.

Wir waren im Juli 2024 in Mondello und hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Die Strände und das türkisblaue Meer waren atemberaubend schön. Die Ferienwohnung unserer Gastgeberin Gabriella war genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Terrasse spendet tagsüber Schatten und lädt abends zu einem Glas Wein ein – einfach wunderschön. Gabriella ist eine herzliche und liebevolle Gastgeberin, die immer telefonisch erreichbar ist. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war, als uns mitten in der Nacht die Haustür zugefallen ist und der Schlüssel von innen steckte. Wir riefen Gabriella an, und ihr Ehemann kam sofort, um uns zu helfen. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Auch bei Fragen und mit nützlichen Tipps war Gabriella immer zur Stelle. Wir haben uns bei ihr sehr wohl gefühlt – besser geht es nicht. Vielen Dank, Gabriella, für diesen unvergesslichen, schönen Urlaub! Grazie mille ♡♡♡

Super zentral gelegene Wohnung in einem hippen viertel in Palermo. Die Wohnung war super sauber und hatte alles an Ausstattung was man für einen Kurztripp benötigt. Vincenzo war schnell und gut erreichbar, immer nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Wir haben nur gutes zu berichten

Beautiful hosts who were so helpful. The villa was beautiful and felt so authentically Sicilian. Very comfortable, roomy and clean. Decorated beautifully with gorgeous art everywhere.

J'ai passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce logement situé au cœur du centre historique de Palerme. Tout a été parfait, au-delà de mes attentes ! L'emplacement est idéal pour explorer la ville, avec de nombreux sites et restaurants à proximité. Le logement était propre, confortable et bien équipé. Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c'est l'accueil chaleureux et attentionné des propriétaires. Ils ont été incroyablement accueillants, disponibles et toujours prêts à offrir des conseils et des recommandations pour profiter au mieux de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement ce logement et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors de mon prochain voyage à Palerme. Merci encore pour cette expérience inoubliable !

The house was new and very clean and tidy and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and all the rooms had mosquito netting. Tizana and her husband were there to greet us which was really great. the description was correct the only minus was the beach. We would certainly stay here again.
