The Villa is next to the sea, perfect for a quick dip, in a quiet suburb of Old Mokosica, 5 minutes walk to local good value shops and bars. It has a really peaceful and restful atmosphere. We would describe the area as " spectacular rustic". Part of the property comprises an old family chapel, which is now used as a dining room with an amazing atmosphere. Outside there is a Renaissance style restored garden with its own natural well.

From the apartment it is only a 8 minute walk to the famous Banje Beach & 10 minute walk to the Ploce Gate (East Gate of the Old Town)

Peaceful and nature orientated cottage apartment with a swimming pool. Ideal for a couple or a family who want a swimming pool property, but don't fancy paying for a large villa for 10-12 people. It is just 15min ride with a car (or 25min with a bus) from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. If you book a stay of 7 nights or longer, we'll organize a gratis incoming transfer from the airport or port!
