Naviglio Pavese: soggiorni in appartamento

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is large, cozy, well appointed and very quiet. Its a classic apartment. The location is perfect for getting around Milan. There were plenty of places to eat and there is a great market around the corner. I absolutely recommend it! It would work well as a long term stay too.

From the very start Verena made our stay perfect. She drove out of her way with her adorable dog to collect us from the train station and take us to our beautiful accommodation. It was so comfortable and perfectly situated within walking distance of everything. And the perfect weather made our stay the highlight of our trip!

Very nice and perfect apartment! Christian is a super nice host. The location is a bit further away from the city Center but it can be easily reached by public transport or by car. Car parking is easy in front of the building. The apartment is super clean and very beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. They even have a nespresso machine - make sure to bring some capsules. There is a very nice supermarket just around the corner

The place was exactly like the pictures, the host is very friendly and the place is very clean and big. I recommend 100 %.

Massimiliano was very friendly and helped us find the place and make us feel at home. The place is beautiful, it has all the amenities we could ever think of and he even took care of breakfast and milk in the fridge. The kids said "this is the best hotel Ever" and "I want to come back here as a birthday present". Getting around without a car is not the easiest in this area.

Wonderful stay in Milano! Our host went above and beyond to help us get settled and provided lots of advice about the area and specific activities for our interests. The flat is private, very clean a d an easy walk to many of Milan’s top attractions, including the duomo. The bedrooms have blackout shades, which helped us sleep and feel rested after our long travel. The kitchen is well stocked and our host filled the fridge with food and water as well as snacks, tea, coffee, etc. All the supplies we needed to cook were available. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Le logement était propre,bien équipé. Alexey nous a accueilli personnellement et heureusement car il nous a donné toutes les instructions nécessaires, concernant le garage , le tri sélectif et les différentes clefs .Il a pris soin de nous mettre en garde concernant la sécurité sur la route de la colline.Le garage gratuit est un plus, car impossible de stationner dans la rue .Bien vérifier les dimensions du garage , mentionnées par Alexey dans l annonce. Nôtre séjour fut agréable, de nombreuses petites attentions :eau minérale, lait, café thé cantucci...peignoirs de bain et même un parapluie .La vue est agréable et reposante .

Byt vypadal jako na fotkach, byl uklizeny a v docela poklidne lokalite. Nadia je velmi mila, dokonce nam nabidla odvoz z Milana a pozdejsi check out, je opravdu uzasna! Dekujeme!

Apartamento super bem localizado próximo a metrô e vários barzinhos (Fomos caminhando até a Duomo). Além disso o apartamento é exatamente como descrito nas fotos e o anfitrião foi gentil e ágil nas respostas! Indico demais!

Logement spacieux, bien aménagé et très propre. Il est idéalement situé à deux pas de la rue commerçante, à 15 min à pied de la gare centrale et de la cathédrale Duomo. Nous le recommandons fortement. Merci 😊

El alojamiento aunque pequeño cumplía con todo lo necesario y era muy bonito y acogedor. Estaba a menos de 5 min del metro y a 15 min caminando del Duomo. Lalla nos permitió hacer el check in antes y eso nos ayudó demasiado, fue muy amable siempre y si alguna vez regresamos a Milan sin duda nos hospedaremos aquí.

Nous avons profité de l'appartement d'Edoardo le temps d'un long week-end. Il est idéalement situé dans le quartier de Navigli, quartier très vivant avec ses bars et ses restaurants. Il y a effectivement un peu de bruit le soir mais, en tant que citadin, cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Des bouchons d'oreilles sont mis à disposition pas Edoardo au cas où. Un parking payant (5€ de l'heure et 40€ la journée)et très "safe" permet de stationner son véhicule à proximité de l'appartement (3 minutes à pied). Le centre ville est accessible à pied ou en tram ce qui est très appréciable. L'appartement d'Edoardo est très confortable, il correspond bien aux photos et un petit ascenseur permet d'accéder facilement au quatrième étage avec les bagages. Edoardo est un hôte très agréable et disponible. Je vous recommande sans hésiter son appartement pour votre séjour à Milan.

The space checks all boxes in terms of size , location , cleanliness and the amenities it offers . Loretta was super responsive and accommodating on all fronts . The place is very accessible by metro (P.Genova) and trams at a walking distance. Place was nice and clean with all necessary amenities to make you feel at home . Would highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at Carlo’s place. He was very responsive and accommodating with check-in and luggage drop off requests, which was much appreciated. The instructions were clear, and the location was easy to find—on a quiet street in a secure building with convenient elevator access to the upper floors. The area is ideal for families, with several playgrounds just a short walk away. The living space was compact but comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with all the basics (though there was a lack of bowls—not a big issue). The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we had everything we needed for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

In cinquanta minuti da Milano ti trovi in un paradiso: colline, vigneti e casa Percivalle con una splendida piscina solo per voi. Il silenzio regna sovrano, solo i grilli. Ti senti libera e in pace. Tutto pulito, curato. Riccardo e Roberta sono deliziosi, sempre a disposizione e cuochi sopraffini. Consiglio a tutti di scoprire Casa Percivalle. Paola

Ottimo appartamento sia per chi vuole visitare la zona, che per chi ha necessità di andare a Milano concedendosi un po' di pace nei momenti off. l'host, Diego, è stato impeccabile sia nella preparazione dell'alloggio che nella disponibilità durante il nostro soggiorno. sicuramente, dovendoci andare spesso, saprò dove alloggiare le prossime volte

Marisa et Antonello sont des hôtes charmants et attentionnés. La communication avec eux a été très facile et surtout ils ont été très réactifs lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec notre voiture de location. Encore un grand merci à vous. L'appartement mérite ses 5 étoiles sans problème. Très propre et rien ne manque. Résidence calme et stationnement sans problème dans la rue. L'emplacement est idéalement situé pour visiter Milan et la région des lacs. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, ruhig und gut gelegen. Mateo ist ein wirklich sehr herzlicher, sympathischer und hilfreicher Gastgeber. Er gab uns gute Tipps fürs Essen in der Nähe und unterstütze uns sehr beim Transfer zum nahegelegenen Flughafen. Vielen Dank noch einmal für das leckere Eis, das er uns in der besten Eisdiele Oleggias ausgab.

Ho avuta la fortuna di soggiornare assieme alla mia ragazza una notte in questo Airbnb. L'host, Lorenzo, è stato estremamente simpatico e disponibile, rispondendo a tutte le nostre domande con cordialità. La facilità del check-in e del check-out digitale ha reso tutto molto semplice e veloce. L'appartamento era ben attrezzato, con una cucina efficiente che ci ha permesso di prepararci un pasto senza problemi. Il punto forte è stato sicuramente il jacuzzi: appena richiesto, Lorenzo ha alzato immediatamente la temperatura, permettendoci di goderci un momento di relax. La zona circostante era tranquilla e immersa nel verde, perfetta per una pausa dal caos della città. Inoltre, la vicinanza al centro di Monza e al Parco ha reso le nostre passeggiate molto piacevoli. Consiglio vivamente questo posto per chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole e accogliente!

La casa di flora e' un bell'alloggio situato in un bel condominio anche se un po distante dal centro. Il tram 2 ti porta dritto al duomo e questa e una risorsa. La casa era molto pulita e accogliente e la proprietaria accudente gentile e disponobile. Ci torneremo senzaltro
