Montepertuso: soggiorni in alloggi sull'acqua

First of all, Valentina and her wonderful nephew, serving as a translator & baggage handler!) were some of the nicest people I met in Italy...which is saying a lot, because Italians are wonderful people. Second, the location was AMAZING. The sunsets, the water, Mt Vesuvius in the distance...just breathtaking! The Marina Grande area is such a nice little pocket of Sorrento, with so much character and charm. Finally, the apartment itself was perfect. The beds were so comfortable, the shower was an experience, the decor was perfect. If you chose to open the windows, there is an amazing breeze from the ocean. I highly recommend Valentina's flat for anyone traveling to Sorrento!

Atrani is the perfect place to stay! Quick and scenic 5 minute walk to Almafi and 2 minutes to Atrani Beach. Accomodation was clean, in a great location, and had all the amenities listed. Would come back 100%!

Pasquale is a great host. Insanely quick to respond to our questions. Great place to stay, calm and beautiful. Lots of restaurants at bars at a walking distance. Great connection point to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Capri with direct boat connections from the harbour 10 minutes away. We had a great time in Castellammare di Stabia. Definitely recommend

We had the best stay everything was perfect the apartment was spotless,the location was close to everything we needed, the views were so beautiful, the hosts were extremely helpful , anything that we needed help with they sorted from day trips, boat tours, areas of interest, booking transfers an local knowledge,they were so helpful an made this trip so easy for us We would highly recommend the apartment …5 star all the way …. Giovanna rendkívüli vendéglátó!Az első perctől azt éreztük,hogy fontosak vagyunk számára! Minden kérdésünkre azonnal válaszolt. Segített a közlekedésben. A buszmegállóba értünk jött, illetve utolsó nap amikor megkértük, hogy hívjon egy taxit, azonnal felajánlotta, hogy elvisz bennünket az állomásra saját autóján. A lakás makulátlanul tiszta volt mindennel felszerelve amit csak szem, száj kívánhat. Boldogan láttuk a felszerelt hűtőt és a minden szinten kielégítő finomságokat. Hogyha éhesen érkeztünk volna, vagy hogyha itthon maradt volna a fogkefénk…Giovanna az ég világon mindenre gondolt! A lakástól kényelmesen elértük a vonatot és a hajókikötőt ( ami két percre van ) Problémám volt a növényi tej beszerzésével, de Giovanna azt is megoldotta egy perc alatt. Hogyha a véleményen kívül ki lehetne emelni, szívesen megtenném! Szeretettel ajánlom mindenkinek aki imádja, hogyha fogmosás közben bekandikál a Vezúv az ablakon át! Csodás a tenger és a Vezúv együttes látványa Giovanna ablakából!

Alessandra was very responsive and helpful. She was also very flexible, accommodating and friendly. The flat is amazing. Great location, great space and very clean - the living room Is very spacious and it was lovely to relax after all the walking (because everything was walking distance !). I really highly recommend this for a stay in Naples. Thank you very much Alessandra !

Well-equipped apartment 10 minutes from the train and from the beach. It was very nice to sit outside on the roof terrace. The cleanliness was perfect, the bed was very comfortable. Gennaro is helpful and always responded quickly. Highly recommended for a couple.

Our host Grady couldn’t have been better! I had hurt my knee and when I texted him to see if he had ice he was there within minutes with a bag of ice. His advice and suggestions were spot on. He helped us with getting the porters, which I highly recommend. We will always be grateful to Grady for all his guidance, which made our stay perfection! What an amazing place! Séjour très bien passé. Les explications de Maria étaient très claires. L'appartement est situé tout à côté de l'arrêt de bus. Très facile d'accès. Le petit port à côté est très mignon !

Superbe maison parfaitement bien située dans le village à quelques minutes à pied de tout ce qu’il vous faut. La vue de la terrasse est absolument magnifique. Parfait endroit pour se reposer. La maison était très propre et le propriétaire a été très accomodant (lit de bébé, chaise haute etc pour notre bébé). On recommande sans hésiter.

What a Jem! Harbor front with an absolutely Amazing view. In the Heart of a truly picturesque location. Quiet mornings turn to a bustling restaurant scene at mid day and evenings. Spoilt for choice of great dinning options at your immediate disposal. Or catch an Island boat tour from your doorstep. Very comfortable and sound proof accommodation with an uplifting decor/color scheme & well outfitted kitchen, which is an appreciated find while traveling. Highly recommend!!

This was the perfect location to start our trip to Italy. The location was so convenient from the ferry and the bus was very close. So perfect for getting around. It is also very walkable to everywhere in town. The space was perfect with two ensuite bedrooms and the outside space was great for lounging and morning coffee. Thanks for everything.

3 chambres et 3 lits (2 grands et 1 simple). Directement en face du port sur la rue principale. Circulation automobile et de motos incessante et bruyante. Tranquille la nuit jusqu'à 6 h le matin. Magnifique terrasse. Étrange aménagement sur 2 étages avec la cuisine au 2e mais la table pour manger au 1er. Bien regarder la photo de l'escalier en colimaçon qui permet d'accéder au 2e. Tout était très très propre et nous n'avons manqué de rien (à part du café). Nous avons aimé la ville qui se fait bien à pied, même possible de marcher jusqu'à Lacco Ameno et plus loin Ischia Porto. Avons fait de la randonnée au Monte Rotero. Nous avions un crédit Airbnb qui nous a permis de payer ce logement, sinon il était hors budget. Si vous comptez profiter de la sublime terrasse, n'êtes pas incommodés par le bruit des véhicules et avez le budget, nous recommandons ce logement.

Great place

We loved the location. It was so central to the beach, shops and bus. The balcony of this place was beautiful with the view of the church. The kitchen was good. The TV worked. The washing machine worked. Good hot water. The wifi was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The heater was good.

Annamaria was extremely flexible, we were able to drop our bags early after arriving from Canada. We took her recommendation for a transfer from the airport and thank goodness we did. Mario was super friendly and navigated Naple’s fascinating streets and traffic with the skill of a real Neapolitan. Annamaria’s place is right in the heart of the action, and her incredible terrace was an amazing oasis of peace in the middle of the charming chaos of Napoli. The apartment itself is simple and as described and suited our needs perfectly. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Anna Maria

Margherita has a beautiful place right near the main port in Capri, she was very responsive, helpful and even allowed us to drop our luggage off early so we didn’t have to pay for luggage storage from when we got off the ferry until our actual check in time. Place was very clean and stocked with everything you would need. Would highly recommend staying here

I stayed here with my partner and two children (9 and 13). Bianca and Alfonso were brilliant - always happy to help. The apartment was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, I particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee (a real bonus as it was April). As mentioned there is a walk up the hill into town. From the apartment door to the station this took 15-20 mins, we had to walk up the road though as the path behind the apartment was temporarily closed - that would have been quicker. It is such a beautiful location though, with stunning views over to Vesuvius all the way, that we never minded the walk. This was a great base for visiting Pompeii, Naples, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. The local train does get busy but is easy enough to use otherwise. We were glad we booked the airport bus to and from the airport with our luggage! There are plenty of shops and restaurants in town - Alfonso gave us some recommendations which I appreciated. I would recommend.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille. La communication avec notre hote a toujours été bonne, cordiale et très réactive en cas de problème ou question. L'appartement est bien situé en bord du littoral avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la baie de Naples (du coté balcon et chambre des enfants) et sur le Vésuve (du coté salle à vivre). L'appartement est grand, lumineux, bien entretenu et assez bien équipé. La plage à proximité est agréable. Il y a des commerces à proximité. Le seul point génant a été la difficulté à trouver un stationnement pour notre notre voiture les soirs de fin de semaine (vendredi au dimanche). Si vous venez en voiture, il est surement judicieux d'utiliser le stationnement proposé par l'hote.

I would highly recommend staying at Gio’s apartment in Ischia! The view of Capri Sorrento Mt Vesuvius and the Castle from the large terrace is a dream! The view from the bedroom every morning as well. The apartment is wonderfully tiled and cared for (with air conditioning that works very well)! Gio was helpful weeks before we arrived with information on the ferry, luggage storage at the port, and our amazing taxi driver Loredana! Many wonderful recommendations for fresh bread downstairs (Boccia!) restaurants, thermal spa, and winery. We had the perfect day on the boat tour by ischiadamare (Carmine Lancia)!

This flat is all about the location and the view. It is very close to the city centre, many tourist areas and of course the port. The flat itself is quite small but large enough for two persons. The location is perfect for walking to an underground station, to numerous cafes and restaurants and to ferries to local islands. It was perfect for us for visiting museums, getting trains to Pompeii and Herculaneum as well as going to the opera one evening. The only downside to the location is the sight, when leaving the building, of a few homeless people sleeping on mattresses on the area outside the base of the building. This did not prevent us from having a fabulous holiday. Thank you Francesco.

I spent the weekend in Procida to photograph the procession of mysteries. I chose Leonardo’s place because it it looked very nice and was well situated. I wasn’t disappointed at all! The place is awesome. Very comfy with a nice bedroom, a pretty cool bathroom and kitchen. I really enjoyed the terrace with the view on the harbour. Leonardo is very cool. He waited for me at the terrace so I would immediately see where to go. Communication was always swift and friendly. I will definitely go back! A+++++
