It is located on the ground floor (no stairs) of a characteristic building in the district of Santa Croce, in the heart of the historic center. It was renovated by the owner, an architect with twenty years of experience, who wanted to preserve and enhance the features and characteristics typical of an ancient Florentine house: wooden beams, antique portico with stone column and brick arches. It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with dining area and relaxation area, a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a French double bed and separated by curtains, a private courtyard with a fountain, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment gets great sunlight and is very quiet because it overlooks the private courtyard. It is warm in winter and cool in summer and equipped with every comfort: independent heating, air conditioning, free wifi internet access, books, magazines, tourist guides in Italian, English, French, German, and maps. Questo appartamento, a poca distanza dal centro storico, è stato a lungo la mia casa. Per me è un angolo luminoso, da cui guardare le colline, i tetti e la città. Si trova al 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗲 𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗼 piano di un piccolo condominio (𝗔𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗲 fino al 4° + 𝟭 r𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮 𝗱𝗶 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲), in una zona residenziale e tranquilla. Ho aggiunto qualche dettaglio per raccontare Firenze e i tramonti dalla finestra all'ingresso...sono un piccolo extra che spero regali qualche bel ricordo
