Der Aufenthalt bei Lory war sehr schön, die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war schnell und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung, als auch die Lage sind wunderschön, man hat seine Ruhe und ist schnell mit dem Roller oder Bus in der Stadt und die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist wie auf den Fotos! Wir haben von Lory gute Tipps für Restaurants, Rollervermietung und sehenswerte Orte auf der Insel bekommen. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

This is an amazing house on a beachfront road in a charming little town. There is a small square in walking distance that has a nice bar/coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is lovely with very comfortable beds and amazing views both of the ocean out the front door and balcony, and of Mt Etna out of the two back balconies. Bedrooms are good sized with two full baths on the first floor and a half bath with the bedroom on the second floor. We had 5 adults in our group and never felt cramped. WiFi is good. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and very responsive to questions and give a good list of local attractions and restaurants to try. House is in an area with easy access to both Catania and Taormina, both about 35-45 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

Anita is a great host. The apartment is amazing. Great location in the city centre. Spotlessly clean. 2 balconies, small back garden. Well ecquipped. A few minutes to the parking ( porta catania)

Melania et sa famille ont été très réactifs par message et très accueillants ! C’est un endroit très paisible, un havre de paix en plein cœur de la nature, les photos ne seront jamais à la hauteur de la beauté du lieu ! Une vraie pépite. Je recommande vivement ! Merci pour votre accueil

Excellent accueil de Tiziana, le logement est parfait, très propre et fonctionnel. Plein de petites attentions venant de Tiziana, nous avons fait du jus d'orange frais, les enfants se sont régalés. Café très bon. Nous avons visité le Cap de Milazzo et fait une excursion sur Stromboli, l'emplacement du logement est parfait. Parking privé pour la voiture. Petit supermarché à 30 secondes à pied si besoin. Merci beaucoup

Merci à Alberto et son papa qui nous a merveilleusement guidé à notre arrivée. La petite maison est très bien située, dans une ruelle très calme. C'était très propre et bien équipé. Le seul bémol est que la maison est trop petite pour avoir un salon, mais nous n'y sommes restés que pour dormir. L'emplacement est idéal pour aller visiter les alentours (Taormina et Castelmola). Je recommande ;)

Wir haben uns bei Giovanni sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 5 Personen (3 Kinder) und war schön sauber. Giovanni hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und war immer erreichbar. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft!

Wir waren für eine Woche dort. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist großartig. Die Betten waren etwas hart aber o..k.. Das ist ja auch eine Sache der Gewöhnung. Parkplätze gibt's vor dem Haus. Gute Restaurants am Strand. Ein Auto ist aber notwendig. Uns hat es gefallen.

Beautiful villa at the base of Mt. Etna. Very large pool and garden. Nadia and her family are close by and very responsive / always willing to help. The location is great as it is close to the volcano and a 15 min drive to the beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

Logement incroyable. Rien à redire, Marco est très acceuillant et aidant au moindre soucis. Plein d'activités possibles dans la maison (à l'extérieur +++).

Très bon séjour et belle expérience pour découvrir la Sicile. Climatisation dans les chambres, une obligation en Sicile au mois juillet. La chambre parentale est immense. TV dans les chambres avec wifi, indispensable si vous avez des enfants. Grande cuisine qui fait pièce à vivre et grand balcon qui fait le tour de l’appartement, permet d’avoir quasiment 360 degrés de vision, avec évidemment l’Etna, vu sur piscine du balcon et au loin la mer. Piscine, indispensable avec la chaleur, et surtout 24/24 avec lumière tamisée, que j’ai vraiment apprécié avec de l’eau salée, transat et parasol. Parking privé avec télécommande. Accueil au top, bons renseignements et surtout toujours disponible. Merci Antonio et Salvatore pour ce beau séjour 😍

Lieu magique au milieu de la nature avec une vue magnifique. L’Etna en fond de tableau, et un hôte très accueillant et disponible. Je recommande !

Nous avons séjourné pendant une semaine à 6 personnes dans la partie a l étage de la maison. L appartement ne correspond pas tout à fait aux photos puisqu une chambre a été ajoutée dans le salon … mais la pièce de vie reste très spacieuse. Il n y avait pas de volets ( et pas de rideaux opaques dans le salon) ce qui est dommage quand on dort dans le salon et que le soleil se lève a 6h … et surtout pour couper du soleil quand il y fait très chaud . La cuisine n était pas suffisamment équipée plutôt rustique Heureusement que Sonia s est montrée réactive à nos demandes. La Clim était indispensable mais n est pas assez performante pour rafraîchir les chambres. Je dirais que l appartement vaut le coup pour la terrasse et la vue sur Taormina et la tranquillité s il y a du monde au rdc ( cet appartement doit être plus adapté pour un long séjour) .les extérieurs sont vraiment magiques et très appréciables en période de canicule ils sont d ailleurs très bien entretenus .

Wir haben als Gruppe von Freunden hier einen 10-tägigen Urlaub verbracht. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir überwältigt von der Schönheit von Anwesen und Umgebung: Im wunderschönen Zitronenhain gelegen mit Blick auf die Hänge des Ätna und auf‘s Meer. Besser geht‘s nicht! Langeweile kam nie auf, die Gegend bietet super viel! Ein Auto ist allerdings wichtig. Auch auf dem Grundstück gab‘s immer was zu tun: wunderschöner Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, Fußball oder in der tollen Küche kochen… und immer frische Zitronen. Maria Gulia und Angelo sind super freundlich und halfen uns oft mit Tipps und schnellen Antworten weiter. Die Villa ist eine absolute Empfehlung!!

We had a wonderful week in Patti - Lara’s home was the perfect base to explore the island from. Lara and Martina were extremely helpful, providing lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit. The pool is gorgeous, and there are balconies all around the house so you can chase the sun (or shade) throughout the day. We really can’t recommend this place enough.

The view is utterly spectacular. I will remember sitting on that patio eating breakfast for the rest of my life. Giulia is very responsive. Her parents, who live above, are very sweet and friendly. The layout worked for us - one of the bedrooms is connected to another one, so if you have young kids it's perfect to be near them. it's a 1K walk to town which we did everyday and found it delightful. it's away from the most touristy part of town and you pass a grocery store on the way to Porta Messina so it's actually quite convenient. You'll also pass the stairs to the Lumbini parking lot where a lot of the Etna tours pick up. the pool was fabulous - the pool deck also has a cornucopia of fruit trees, then there are the chickens and the aviaries. it's honestly unforgettable.

Amazing place!! So private, and beautiful. As it is somewhat remote, our hosts arranged for a taxi (which was included in the rent) from our ferry. Our driver waited for us to do our food shopping before whisking us off to the property. Once there, our host transported us and all our luggage to our private casita. There, we enjoyed the spacious views from our large terrace, our private swimming hole below, and nearby beach. One can see Stromboli on the left and Vulcano on the right, with its simmering crater. Sunrises over the ocean below. Our hosts Mariagrazia and Carlo were warm and welcoming. I would give Seven Stars if I could!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (5 jours) chez Giovanni. L'appartement et le jardin privatif sont superbes, pratiques et frais. S'il faut admettre que les environs immédiats (ville et plage locale) ne présentent pas d'intérêt, l'appartement de Giovanni est idéalement situé pour visiter et explorer la région (Taormine, l'Etna, Naxos, Catane, les gorges de l'alcantara.........) en ayant beaucoup de plaisir à rentrer le soir dans l'appartement et à diner dans ce très beau jardin. Merci à Giovanni pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Ich bin zu Fuß vom Ätna her angereist. Mit dem Auto ist es trotz der Abgelegenheit sehr gut erreichbar. Das Frühstück war reichlich, köstlich und nett angerichtet. Abendessen kann man auf Wunsch bekommen und ist typisch sizilianisch, frisch gekocht und äußerst lecker. Ein Aufenthalt ist definitiv zu empfehlen

Zona molto tranquilla, a due minuti dal paese, proprietaria molto disponibile è viene in contro a qualsiasi cosa si ha bisogno lo consiglio, noi lo abbiamo affittato a ridosso dell’ epifania e trovare le calze per i bambini è stato una vera sorpresa, lo consiglio vivamente ps: area barbecue e giochi bimbi veramente una chicca

A wonderful authentic Sicilian apartment on the main (but never too noisey) street of Lipari. So close to everything and walking distance to the port. Also, HIGHLY recommend the restaurant Osteria San Bartolo - the best food we had in Sicily bar far with an outstanding wine list.

we spent 2 weeks in the villa .It has the most stunning views of mount Etna . The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a well equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen .The pool area is beautiful with lemon and orange trees .All of which you can pick and enjoy throughout your stay .It's a shirt walk into town where there are a couple of restaurants and coffee shops .There's also a supermarket . You can use the local bus and there is also a hop.on hop off tourist bus .This will take you to the tourist hot stops .We had a car which we would recommend as it allows you to explore the whole area . Parking is on the property and very secure .Giovanni was very helpful ,friendly and was very responsive when we had questions .We had a wonderful stay in the villa and felt it was great value for money . I, my wife and our 10-11 month baby had a fantastic one month stay at Villa Britannia. The beautiful villa had everything we looked for: great location, a lovely garden (in which "The Snake" by DH Lawrence was written), a big kitchen (great for perfecting Pasta alla Norma), seaview and parking (the large garage could easily fit our quite long estate car). Louisa and her husband Marco are lovely people and provided service on a far higher level than most Airbnb-hosts. Any minor issues were quickly sorted out. Louisa would bring us wines to try and proactively let us know about events in town or traffic challenges, as well as giving great recommendations and help with any problem. We were provided with a baby cot, a baby bath, several (!) baby chairs and lots of toys. Could not ask for more. We really hope to be back one day!

Die rustikale Ferienwohnung ist sauber und einfach und liegt inmitten eines alten Olivenheins am Fuße des Etna. es ist sehr idyllisch. Mariagiovanna bietet auch Frühstück an und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch, als wir uns bei unserer Anreise sehr verspäteten. Man kann von dort mit dem Auto gut zu Exkursionen starten,aber ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, obwohl die Bahn der Schmalspurbahn direkt am Haus entlang führt.
