We are just back from our lovely holiday in Rome where we stayed at Filomena's place. The house was great with all that you require for a comfortable stay. It was clean, nicely furnished and felt right at home. Filomena was very helpful with any questions, local recommendations for places to eat and were very responsive as well. Overall an amazing stay and would recommend Filomena's place to anybody looking for an accommodation in Rome.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt für einen Städte-Tripp. Mit der Straßenbahn oder Bus ist man sehr schnell an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten aber auch direkt in Trastevere wo es alles gibt was man braucht incl super Restaurant und einen erstklassigen Bäcker mit einem super Espresso gegenüber. Die Wohnung war ruhig im Hinterhof und hatte alles was man braucht, einzig die Seife war nicht aufgefüllt.

Assolutamente consigliato! Appartamento ristrutturato di recente, composto da 3 camere da letto, bagno, cucina e ampio salotto. Gli arredi sono nuovi e ricercati, in condizioni perfette. L'appartamento è davvero molto grande e comodo, con tutti i comfort del caso. L'ingresso è autonomo, quindi si ha tutta la privacy del caso. Mi è piaciuto molto soggiornare qui. E' un ottimo punto di partenza da cui partire per esplorare i dintorni, come la costa dei Trabocchi o Campo Imperatore. Silvia e gli altri sono stati molto carini e sempre disponibili.

I am very grateful for the opportunity to stay in these apartments. The surrounding beauty, authentic old furniture, convenient location, and, additionally, a wonderful host who took great care of us. It is easy to reach historical landmarks. The cleanliness is incredible; even socks stayed clean, with no dust or dirt. I am very thankful and wish Carolina all the best
