This renovated flat offers the great feel of a turn-of-the-century building, with a high ceiling, tall old doors, and new double-glazed windows, yet a modern layout with all 21st-century features built in. The area is very central and full of restaurants and coffee houses. It is close to the Basilica and only a short walk to the Danube. The Synagogue and the ruin pubs are within 10 minutes.

If you come by car, you can park in the Basilica Garage for an additional fee,ask for the price if you interested. On the street fee is 600 HUF/hour from 08:00-22:00 from Mon-Fri, and you can park for free from Fri 22:00 till Mon 08:00. You can easily reach the famous tourist sights on foot, can find many restaurants, bars, caffee shops. Most of the Universities are very close to the apartment.

A 30nm-es lakás Buda központi, de csendes részén található a Margithíd közelében. A nappaliban egy kihúzható kanapé, étkező asztal és Tv biztosítja a kényelmet. A konyha jól felszerelt, a fürdőben található a Wc és egy zuhanyzó.A lakástól 2 perc sétára található az egyik legfontosabb villamos vonal, amivel könnyen körbeutazhatjuk a várost. A mertó szintén csak 10 perc sétára van, így gyorsan és roppant egyszerűen eljuthatunk bárhova.
