Manfredonia: case vacanze con accesso alla spiaggia

Einfache und grosse Wohnung direkt am Lungomare mit super Aussicht und 3 kleineren Balkone. Nettes Kaffee gleich unten im Haus. Einzig das duschen ist ein bisschen knifflig, da die Badewanne in der man steht ein bisschen ründer ist als gewöhnlich.

This apartment is located in such a great location! Just a couple of streets away from the port in one direction, the beach in another direction, and the old city is very close as well. Lots of stairs on the side streets, as you will find in older European towns. Really just a beautiful city. We came in late November, which is a blessing and a curse - the town is quiet for the winter season, so there are no crowds of people but at the same time, many of the restaurants and stores are closed until spring. Even so, we found some fantastic food within blocks and the walking was phenomenal. The apartment is like 3 rooms stacked on top of each other, with the kitchen on top and the patio/ balcony just outside the kitchen on the roof. Such a great place to enjoy our morning coffee!

Marilú jest wyjątkową, przemiłą osobą, po kilku minutach rozmowy z nią ma się wrażenie, że zna się ją parę lat. Marilú przyjechała po nas na dworzec. W drodze do domu pojechała swoim samochodem, pokazując najważniejsze atrakcje miasta. W jej mieszkaniu panował niesamowity porządek, wszystko lśniło czystością. Czuliśmy się, jak u siebie w domu. Gorąco polecam mieszkanie Marilú, ponieważ jej dom znajduje się w centrum, bardzo blisko jest do dworca kolejowego, do czystej miejskiej plaży, a także do sklepów i restauracji. Marilú, dziękujemy za miły pobyt.

Świetna lokalizacja, zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od plaży, co było ogromnym plusem. W najbliższej okolicy znajduje się minimarket, co bardzo ułatwia codzienne zakupy. Właścicielka apartamentu była niezwykle pomocna – na każde nasze pytanie odpowiadała niemal natychmiast, co sprawiało, że czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Damiana è stata sin da subito molto cordiale e gentile. L’alloggio in foto non rende per quanto è carino e curato nei minimi dettagli. Io e la mia compagna siamo rimasti a bocca aperta. Innamorati. Si vede quanto amore ci ha messo per creare questa piccola oasi di pace. Unica cosa da segnalare per i prossimi ospiti è la presenza di sole 3 piccole finestre che fa parte del fascino dell’appartamento. Io ci andrei a viviere domani !!!! Consiglio vivamente a tutti di provarlo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo !!!

Excellent stay. Great accommodation and location which exceeded our expectations made all the better by Riccardo who was a kind, friendly and welcoming host. Riccardo met us in person, fully explained the facilities and provided lots of local information with recommendations on local food, places to visit, transport and bars/restaurants and was always very quick to respond to any queries. The fully stocked fridge with meats, cheeses and drinks plus bread/snacks was a bonus not expected. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Diego war ein toller Gastgeber und hat sich sehr schnell gekümmert als es einen kleinen Defekt in der Wohnung gab. Die Wohnung ist so schön wie man auf den Bildern erahnen kann und der Ausblick auf Vieste ist super. Die Lage zwischen Hafen und Altstadt ist toll, alles war fußläufig erreichbar und es gab viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Man sollte jedoch kein Problem mit Straßenlärm haben, die Straße vorm Haus war selbst jetzt in den Nebensaison viel befahren und recht laut.

Super séjour à Vieste chez Fabrizio. Le logement est lumineux et très propre. Très bien placé. Literie confortable. Cuisine ultra fonctionnelle. Et la vue …. C est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos, alors je vous laisse imaginer… ce logement est une pépite. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, bercés par le bruit des vagues et émerveillés par la vue. Merci

Very modern, comfortable, nice and excellent equipment apartment. Lovely planted terrace with whirlpool, hammock, lounge furniture, barbecue and table tennis. Vincenzo is a super friendly, sympathetic, flexible and open-minded host. We enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome in his home. I highly recommend staying at Vincenzo's apartment.

Siamo stati ospiti di Antonio nella sua fantastica casa , siamo stati davvero impressionati! la casa era profumata, bellissima come in foto , pulita e con tutti i comfort necessari , per una vacanza rilassante e piacevole . Antonio ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chiunque cerchi una vacanza tranquilla e confortevole. Grazie mille,Antonio, per la tua ospitalità !

L'alloggio era dotato di tutto (in cucina anche microonde, macchina del caffè, friggitrice ad aria), ha un bel giardino e spazi confortevoli. È in un parco molto grande, che in aprile era semi deserto quindi molto tranquillo, ma è ampio ed ha spazi verdi. Il mare si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Matteo. La maison est confortable et la vue sur la mer depuis l’avant de la maison est incroyable. Un chemin menant à la plage passe devant la maison, donc il y a du passage mais ce n’est pas un problème. Matteo est très accueillant.

Cute, clean apartment with modern furnishings and easy self-checkin. Loved the coved ceilings. The host was responsive and the neighbors were nice. Note that there is only one small window in the whole place. Wifi was good but we had to go back out to the street to get a cell signal.

Massimo et Vittoria sont très accueillants. La location dispose d’une terrasse vue mer, vue sur les îles Tremiti avec un coucher de soleil superbe. Le grand jardin fournit basilic, figues, roquette… Massimo et Vittoria nous ont donné beaucoup d’informations sur les visites, les spécialités, les lieux où faire les courses. Le logement est très fonctionnel, avec la climatisation et dans la chambre et dans la pièce de vie. Très calme, literie confortable. La plage des 100 marches est accessible en 5 minutes. On gare la voiture et on descend très rapidement. Juste pour info il y a des marches à monter pour accéder à la maison et le chemin pour accéder est caillouteux. Aucun souci sauf pour des personnes qui auraient des difficultés. Tout est sécurisé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

appartement agréable et fonctionnel bien situé molfetta est une ville très agréable les glaciers sonts une tuerie maoro est très sympa très bon relationnel est très disponible. dommage pour le parking de la voiture c'est un peu compliqué.

bell'appartamento, c'è quel che serve ed è a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia libera molto grande. unica pecca forse è che è al secondo piano e col caldo si fa sentire un po... terrazzo ottimo e grande

Апартаментът се намира в средата на Стария град на Бари. Много близо на пешеходно разстояние е, както от търговската улица на Бари, така и от ресторантите и крайбрежната алея. Гарата се намира на 15 минути ходене, ако някой реши да ползва влак за разглеждане на съседни градчета. Имахме уговорка и домакинът Марко ни беше осигурил транспорт от летището, което за нас беше голям плюс, предвид, че полетът ни беше късен и простигнахме след 8 часа вечерта. Инструкциите за ползване на апартамента бяха много ясни, въпреки това, на място, Марко отново ни обясни всичко. При възникване на въпроси относно престоя ни, Марко отговаряше на тях бързо, като се е постарал да направи и свой кратък пътеводител относно места за хранене с местна кухня, пицарии и за кафе. Много благодарим за топлото посрещане! Надяваме се да имаме възможността да отидем отново!

Michele is a very attentive and generous host. From the moment we booked his apartment he maintained regular and helpful communication with us. The apartment is spotlessly clean and superbly equipped. Michele responded very quickly to any questions we had and even went so far as to arrange a taxi journey for us to the airport on our departure day. Bisceglie and the surrounding area has stunning scenery and beautiful architecture. I highly recommend Michele and his fabulous apartment which is centrally located for the harbour and the piazza along with a varied choice of amazing restaurants.

Our stay at Filippo's apartment was fantastic. Easy to communicate with and check in was very smooth. We accidentally used something with the wrong power rating and blew a fuse and Filippo was so kind and responsive to help us with our mistake. Very convenient with a family of four to have one room with two single beds for the kids and a second bedroom with a double bed for the parents. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well! The two full bathrooms were also very convenient and appreciated! The kitchen was even stocked with the basics to get you started such as water, juice, snacks. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Bari!

Am ales această locație pentru a fi cat mai aproape de centrul vechi , de gara centrală . Apartamentul este foarte coszy , bine dotat cu tot ceea ce e nevoie pentru șederea noastră (5 zile). Antonio foarte prietenos , ne a dat multe informații utile . Foarte aproape este un restaurant ( chiar după colț) , există magazin ( mare) și multe chioșcuri să le numesc așa , patiserii . Ar fi fost minunat dacă se schimbau prosoapele ( la atâtea zile cât am stat ) dar am fost inspirată ca am pus de acasă ).

Schöne Wohnung mit einem schönen Balkon. Wir waren nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise in Micheles Wohnung. Trani ist eine wunderschöne Stadt.

Anna war hilfsbereit, total sympathisch und voll nett. Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines Juwel in der Altstadt von Molfetta. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Reinigungsperle war superpünktlich und auch wenn wir kein italienisch sprechen, so hat alles wunderbar gepasst! Grazie mille!

Alojamiento en una localización perfecta. Primera línea del mar, con un paseo marítimo cómodo. Bari se encuentra a 20 minutos en coche. El apartamento se encuentra muy bien reformado, pero el salón es un poco estrecho y sin 4 puestos de sofá (solo 2). Pero las 2 terrazas ideales para estar tranquilamente sentado. La cocina tiene de todo para cocinar para 4, aunque algún fuego no funcionaba. El Internet es mediante tarjeta sim, pero funciona bien. Daniele un gran anfitrión, se adaptó a nuestra llegada a las 20, y a la salida, y nos explicó todo en gran detalle.
