Enjoy long walks by exploring the nearby beaches and walking trails. Later, look out to sea from the spacious terrace and plan the next day's trips. The airy interior features a floating staircase, walk-in rain showers, and underfloor heating. Prepare yourself a delicious meal in a fully equipped kitchen. Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located on Lapad peninsula, in a quiet part of Dubrovnik, dining recommendations include a fish restaurant, also called Orsan, in front of the apartment. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

The Villa is situated in a tranquil village 10 minutes from the historic old city of Dubrovnik. Large enough for groups or families as it has plenty of space and sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms (plus 3 additional sofa beds if needed), perfect for special birthdays and small parties. The local restaurant is a 2-minute walk, the cable car is 10 minutes drive and goes directly into the Old City. All bookings are subject to a 3 night minimum stay, with a priority discount for 7 night stays.
