Das Chalet ist wirklich ein absoluter Traum. Ich hatte selten so eine idyllische Lage, die Aussicht ist ein Wahnsinn - pure Ruhe und Entspannung sind garantiert. Das Chalet ist unglaublich hochwertig ausgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Wir wären am liebsten für immer geblieben!

Ruhige wunderschöne Lage im Waldviertel. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Teall war immer erreichbar und hat alles gut beschrieben und organisiert. War ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

About 35 minutes from Park and Ride Leopoldau in Vienna. Big, clean and cozy home. Surround sound in the living room, HUGE television (bigger than the pics). Board games and chess table. Amazing Sauna. In April the pool is not open, currently the wooden bench with the green plants around it in the backyard is gone. The cute red and white poolseats are gone as well... So, the backyard has less things than given in the pictures. BUT, inside you got more things than advertised: airfryer in kitchen, radio embedded in the ceiling in some rooms, 2 homemade jam, the lights in many bedrooms and other rooms are dimmable! Good for people who are sensitive to lights or want to create a cozy atmosphere. The colorful windows in the bar are powered by light as well, giving a cozy and cool effect! Parking is easy. Bakery nearby. Host lives across this home, so if there are problems you'll get it fixed quickly! I had problems with the heating downstairs, but kind host Erik came to fix it quickly!

Le charme de cette maison est indéniable 😀. Il y fait bon vivre, le quartier est reposant après les kilomètres à pied dans la capitale. Par contre, l absence de volets sur les chambres mansardées peut être problématique pour les personnes aimant l’obscurité totale, les stores n étant que partiellement occultants. Le tram 43 est à proximité d’un un petit magasin complet d’alimentation Spar. Bref, vous serez, néanmoins, conquis par l’agencement de l habitation et de ses terrasses. Michèle et Pierrick.

we had a wonderful stay at Rüdiger's place. the house is beautiful, sunny, and there was enough space for everyone to be comfortable and everything was clean. Sauna was great. the kitchen was well equipped for all meals that some of the things we bought were unnecessary; even had 2 coffee machines! the forest in the area is great for both long and short walks. it is a really peaceful area for a quiet getaway from the city. Rüdiger himself was super nice and helpful, and always answered questions patiently. He obviously takes care of the place well and it really felt like it. I would really recommend the place!

Ein schönes Haus mit tollen Garten und drei großzügigen Zimmern. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße und ist gut zu erreichen.

Wir haben Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und können diese nur weiterempfehlen. Sonja, die Gastgeberin, ist super zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Check in und check out waren total unkompliziert und die Wohnung ist super schön und sauber. Daumen hoch! ;)
